I visited Barbecue Nation in New Panvel with my family for a birthday celebration, and it was a pleasant experience. They even surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was a nice touch. The starters were flavorful, and the server was attentive throughout, ensuring we were well taken care of. The main course was decent, and the desserts were quite enjoyable. While the variety of dishes could be better, the pricing is reasonable, making it a great value for the experience. Overall, a satisfying spot for family outings and special occasions.

It was all worth it, and Khan made it even better From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. Every moment felt worthwhile, and Khan's attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. His service made a great experience even more memorable. Highly recommended

Tasty food beautiful service good peoples help customer a lot. Variety of nonveg and veg food and taste is also good. Different options in dessert. And starters must try pineapple grill. Icecreams and pastry.

This food was so good and delicious apart from that service is too slow I was literally frustrated and the atmosphere was so cossy you can go with friends and family but you have to wait too long

Food was awesome especially prawns which were really juicy n soft. Pineapple starters, Basa fish, chicken were all too good. We were served excellently by Sanjoy who kept guiding us throughout. Pastry especially carrot pudding was excellent

Stop breaking the law!! As per law no Indian restaurant can add SERVICE CHARGES to the bill without asking customer's permission. No matter whether you put it in menus or anywhere else, it is simply illegal. So everyone, please check your bill and don't support these fraudulent practices. Coming to the food, it is a hit or miss. I have got stale old smelly salad here but the management simply says it is because of "ac" lol The Bbq items are good and tasty but the people serving don't seem experienced and sometimes provide you completely different order on drinks! The seating is very nice especially compared to CBD / Belapur one, and the vibe is pretty good. I am just pissed at the SERVICE CHARGES hence deducting the points here. Price is also much better compared to the other ones in CBD and overall you'll have a decent time here with friends or family

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment today. Despite having a confirmed reservation for four, and despite available seating for a party of five, your employee Vinay refused to accommodate our group, exhibiting unacceptable rudeness and unprofessionalism. This behavior was wholly inconsistent with my previous positive experiences at other Barbeque Nation locations, and ultimately led to our immediate departure.

The concept of having barbeque on your table is perfect in winters when you really wish to eat hot food. They have a wide range of options of vegetarian dishes. We choose veg. The food taste and quality was very sub standrad right from the Hara bhara kabab which only had aloo filling, aloo kaju bharva which had no taste except the sauce that was used on top now the paneer, aloo and pineapple on the grill were not marinated enough which made them taste bland. The funny part was after very 10 minutes a staff member would come and say Mazza aa raha hai na aapko, sab mast hai na. We felt so annoyed that while leaving we gave them a genuine feedback. Off the money we paid for the buffet only Pani puri was good, crispy corn was decent, we feasted on curd rice majorly to fill our stomach.
