Friends , I have found a perfect hangout spot for all non vegetarians lovers in our own IC colony Borivali West. 312 house is famous for best shawarma , rolls and much more. They have in-door and out-door seating area. The staff is also very friendly and jolly. The owner is also very helpful and sweet to talk. We tried their highly recommended chicken cheese lava open shawarma where you will find loaded chicken along with layer of cheese sauce with pita bread sounds truly amazing. There Rolls and Shawarma are famous are all around but the most recommended one is Zatar chicken shawarma as the masala they put over the juicy chicken steal the show. They also offer best fried chicken options from their menu. If you are a non veg lover dont miss this place out when you are in borivali.

If you want to try the best Shawarma, fried chicken, momo, tandoori food, humus in all over Borivali then visit 312 House Outlet,IC Colony, Borivali West. The outlet is perfectly spaced with inside and outside spacious seating arrangements. The menu is perfectly set and there are a variety of food items available here like fried chicken drumsticks, classic momo, chicken tandoori, humus, Shawarma roll and open shawarma, veg rumali roti shawarma with different versions. The marination spices, special seasoning and humus are made freshly in house here. Because of that all the food tastes unique and not common at all. The service is really very fast and good in the crowded situation also. The timing is afternoon from 2 PM to 10 PM till night. You can order your food online by zomato or visiting the outlet. So I must visit and enjoy!

I happened to visit this place today and tried their Chicken & Nachos, Tandoori Fries, Classic Hummus, and Malai Tikka. Loved the Nachos and Tandoori sauce combination with the Chicken -- it was awesome! The fries were fantastic too. However, the Hummus was quite average; I'd actually recommend skipping it. On the bright side, the quantity of Malai Tikka at that price was impressive. Overall, it's definitely worth a try!

Shawarmas are my favourites and I can say that they serve the best shawarma. Their chicken is really juicy tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend you to visit this place if you are a non veg lover

Ordered from Zomato. The quality has dropped, drastically. I've attached a screen recording of my complaint video i submitted to zomato. All i could taste in cheese lava chicken open shawarma were sauces and low quality cheese. So little amount of chicken and the rest was fries. Not to forget that the chicken was undercooked. Had to throw away after taking merely 3-4 bites. It was a really bad experience. Was a regular customer but not ordering from here anymore.

Also you can try there other chicken items like momos, drumsticks and fried chicken. The place is nice for dineout with your friends and family. The owners and staff is also very attentive, polite and helpful. I have tasted all the chicken dishes available and they are really delicious and value for money.

Experience was awesome. The staff there was very polite especially the "Lady" who I guess is the owner of the place. We ordered Tandoori Chicken Shawarma which was the best shawarma i ever had in a while. The amount of mayo in the shawarma was perfect and not overloaded. We also ordered Peri Peri Momos and Chicken and Nachos. The Peri Peri steamed momos were just perfect the juices of the chicken were oozing out the momos. But it was a little bit costly. At last we ordered Chicken and Nachos. It was good and was enough for 2 people but again it was a little bit costly. It would 312 house overall 4/5 the experience was good the service was great and the aunty was very sweet and helpful.
