Apna Dhaba Family Restautant & bar

I recent visit to Apna Dhaba in Mumbai was unfortunately a disappointing experience marked by subpar hospitality and poor behaviour. The staff behaviour was far from welcoming. The food quality was equally disappointed. We order soup dhaba special mutton tandoori roti and rice as well bottle water. There was a hair in our roti but the server and manager didn't agree to accept it. I told them I don't need any thing but hygiene is a part of restaurant service. They was saying that it's butter brush hair.. They don't get apologies for that. Very very rude behaviour for hospitality.. giving the poor service unhygienic food and inattentive staff.i cannot recommend Apna Dhaba.There are far better options in Mumbai that prioritize customer satisfaction and hygiene.

It was the best experience for me with my family AC seating is good for family and has the best food ever I tried their Chicken crispy and Chicken tikka biryani. This place is paisa wasool just awesome I can't forget the food taste I just appreciate all the team chefs employee owner everyone the management is good. it's costly but worth the price the quality and the quantity is just amazing and the food which is served is so fresh and also the chicken is so fresh This restaurant has my heart

Worst chicken served today when I was there for lunch. Chicken kadai, only the kadai was good chicken www not fresh, refrigerated chicken no fresh tender textures I had since I had no option left and didn't complain as I was in a hurry. And also billed more and the waiter was asking for tip. First time waiter asked tip !! Worst experience

Apna Dhaba Family Restaurant & Bar is located at Chakala junction, close to JB Nagar metro station in the heart of Andheri business district. They serve Indian and Chinese select authentic cuisines. The menu is delicately orchestrated with contemporary recipes. They have large space with multiple dining halls. All the dining halls are well decorated with comfortable seating arrangements. The food served is authentic and delicious. The dishes are skillfully assembled retaining the authentic flavor, texture and taste. We tried: Virgin Colada Strawberry Queen Prawns Tawa Fry Rawas Tandoori Mutton Bhua Gosht Mutton Rogan Josh Kulfi The services were quick and staff was courteous. A must visit place for extraordinary dining experience with authentic food.

This time the vegetarian food options were ample and ordered food was served sooner than expected. Non vegetarian food options are good, and the food served was good in taste. The one dish to try would be murg handi. The staff could have been bit assisting as it was more than one time, that we could not find staff to add to order or for the bill. But the ambience and hygiene was commendable.

Just visited. Ordered murgh Tikka. Not all good. Chicken was like rubber and not soft or tender Half cooked. Less salt in chicken. I would recommend not to visit this hotel. It is over priced. We send the dish back again and told to make chicken should be fully cooked. What kind of reviews people have given it is great. Really don't know. Most reviews are fake it seems. On the platform. Waste of time and money.

Recently visited Apna Dhaba at Andheri E which is at walkable distance from JB Nagar metro station. They have huge dining area with good ambiance. The staff here is hardworking. Coming to the food we ordered: Virgin mojito: its a healthy refreshing non alcoholic drink made up of simple syrup, fresh lime juice, soda water and fresh mint. Virgin Colada:- its a simple yet refreshing drink as it has mixture of Pineapple juice, and Coconut cream. It tasted wonderful from the very first sip. In food I recommend Chicken Tandoori Chicken Malai Tikka Chicken kolhapuri with bread Overall experience was to good. I loved the taste of food.

I visited there for lunch on 18th may 2022. The hotel was upto 70-75% filled with customers. The hotel interior was good but when it comes to service it's not at all good. I literally waited for 20-25 min for roti only. The hotel ambience was better but looking at the service facilities, I will not refer this to anyone. The taste was not upto the mark as per the expectations from other reviews and recommendations. I tried veg food and it's of Ok quality. Overall it's useless if service is not proper and mostly on time. Its very late service with no response. At last we also waited for bill also.
