I ordered chicken biryani and they sent a free gulab jamun - sounds nice, right? WRONG. I found a HAIR inside the gulab jamun. Totally unhygienic and unacceptable! When I called them, instead of owning up to it, they had the audacity to blame Swiggy - seriously? The food is coming from YOUR kitchen. Take responsibility! To top it off, their staff spoke in a rude, arrogant tone like I was bothering them. This is how you treat customers? Never ordering from here again. If you care about hygiene and respect, STAY AWAY.
I order 1 veg fried rice take away.when I go home I found in veg fried there is small chicken pic inside. I take photo and share with hotel and no body responsible for this and they tell this not our mistake. 2nd I call hotel they told this restaurant not pure veg .then I told why adding in menu veg .they told I giving you 1 fride rice and they talk very roughly. I am very disappointed how they talk like this . Please improve your service and food quality
Ii recently orderd at foodway 25/1/2025.i was disappointed with my experience as I ordered jeera rice and found worm in it.
I am one of the regular customer of this restaurant whenever I order food the quantity of the food is good prices are reasonable however they use lot of oil in the food lot of means lot of if anyone over here from foodway is reading this kindly use less oil as the oil you guys are using not only you guys but all the restaurants are not good so kindly use reasonable amount of oil in a food
I m order food on swiggy of above restaurant. Found two pic human hair in chicken crispy..the hair mix in food properly. This is not hygienic for human.
Went with friends for dinner yesterday. This place has got a awesome vibe to it. Nice place to visit with family. Many times of sitting available with 4 different halls with AC and Non AC options. Food here is great, tasty and price is also good. Chicken dishes here are yummy. Service is pretty slacky sometimes depends who is serving you. But overall a good place to visit for dinner with friends and family.
Great restaurant with very affordable prices. A group of 10 people costs no more than 2500. Seating was very good for groups of 10-12 people on first floor. Indian food served here is awesome also the chicken kabsa is something I love to eat.
Really good taste non veg options are grate.
