This buffet restaurant ticks all the boxes : I was very impressed with the selection available. Everything was so colourful, fresh, tasty and the personnel was very knowledgeable and approachable, ready to help. They organised special treats for international women's day (8/3), which was a great touch. I enjoyed this experience with a view on the lake.

Amazing view. Great service and staff. Sarvesh was super attentive and helpful. The food is good, avoid South India fare since the chutneys are not made with fresh coconut, seemed like some dessicated coconut powder ruined the experience. Must visit if you looking for comfortable, clean and good place to have a quiet meal, with a lot of pampering

Fantastic experience at Lake View Cafe! The menu offers a great variety, and the service by the staff was superbly fast. The place has a cozy ambiance with plenty of excellent options to choose from--whether it's soups, starters, main courses, chaats, Chinese dishes, or desserts. Everything was perfect!

It with great disappointment that I am writing this Review as our much anticipated visit to Lake View Cafe, Westin Powai turned out to be the biggest disappointment. My wife and I had planned on taking her Office Boss visiting from UK for a dinner at this restaurant that boasted of superior food, top notch service and what not. I had reached early and provided a table as promised! Let me lay it down in two categories: Date visited : 26th Feb 2025, reservation at 6;45 pm for 3 members Positive: Great location, sprawling restaurant set up! Good vibes with of lndian as well as guests from abroad filled the spaces in a relaxed atmosphere! Negatives: I was seated but no one form the waiting staff even approached me to ask for menu, Water until 10 mins and finally had to call a waiter! Table looked semi clean and no napkins were provided. In a while my wife and her Boss arrived and we decided to order drinks and food. The waiter seemed nervous as our guest was from UK and the waiter could hardly comprehend British English and take the order, however we had to repeat it in our Indian accent. After taking the order, my experience at a5 star hotel usually is that the waiter would ask you for how the ordered items are to arrive, for ex, drinks served all at once, then starters and then mains, however to our disappointment , this waiter was clueless and just left leaving us to assume! So as we anticipated, the liquor orders ny our guest was served first and after a while my non alcoholic drink was served. This restaurant never gave me a good vibe on the service standard from the start! And it began to be proved right! As anticipated, the first order of our guest was served, then my wife's food came, and then, our guests main arrived and finally my main was served, all in all a messed up serving order was undertaken by the staff! This is a massive disappointment considering what Westing aims to achieve or publish on IOT or Social media. Coming to my Food , I had ordered a Fish of the day which was cooked in Black bean and yellow sauce> I could hardly fathom the construct of this dish as it arrived in a soupy soaked battered fish all soggy and unappetising to even look at let alone the taste. Strong stench of fermented black bean just put me off and I decided to give up consuming it any further. My wife's, Pesto tagliattle was also nothing great as she ended up leaving the good without eating it. All in all our experience with Lake view cafe was an utterly disappointing one and we promised not to return to this Hotel anymore or host our friends or family here! Westin/Lake view cafe, you have a lot to work on and this level of service is unacceptable!

Ambiance was good. Food was nice. Service was good. Price is also okay as per the service and food provided.

This cafe has such a pleasant vibe and beautiful ambiance -- perfect for a relaxed outing. We spent around 1,000 to 1,200 for two, and every dish we tried was absolutely worth it. The flavors were great, and the presentation was just as impressive. What stood out even more was the top-notch service -- warm, attentive, and professional throughout. I'd definitely recommend Lake View to everyone -- friends, family, or anyone looking for a great place to unwind. I'm already looking forward to visiting again.
