Lime & Spice Restaurant - Best Family Restaurant in Mumbai

I ordered the chicken fried rice, but my meal was ruined when I discovered a cockroach in the dish. The ambiance of the restaurant was decent, with a cozy seating arrangement and pleasant lighting. However, the quality of food and hygiene standards fell short of expectations. The chicken fried rice itself tasted average, but the presence of a cockroach completely overshadowed any positive aspects. This incident not only ruined my appetite but also left me concerned about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas. I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, and they were apologetic and offered to replace the dish or provide a refund. However, the experience had already left a negative impression. In conclusion, based on my visit, I cannot recommend Lime & Spice Restaurant due to the hygiene issue encountered. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter measures to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

I have been to Lime and Spice few times. And this is what I have tried so far: [[Starters]] Paneer Chilly Chicken Tandoori Chicken Leg piece(Tandoori) Papad. [[Main Course]] Paneer Makhanwala Paneer Tikka Masala Egg Masala Chicken Dopyaza Dal Tadka Tandoori Roti and Naan Steamed Rice and Jeera Rice [[Dessert]] Pudding Gulab Jamun with Ice cream. All the dishes I have tried were delicious. But the show stoppers were tandoori chicken and gulab jamun with ice cream. I would rate Lime and Spice Restaurant as follows: Taste: 5/5 Quality: 5/5 Quantity: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Recommend: Yes Must Try: Chicken Tandoori and Gulab Jamun with Ice cream

Best Tandoori chicken it has full masala And Dal Rice (like pot full of dal rice) Taste is great

Worst service ever, they don't know how to treat the customers, TOOO rude staff doesn't even manage properly and handling customers very badly. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First experience worst experience.

worst experience with lime n spice, its a home of cockroach and rats, rats and cockroaches were seen roaming like i am having dinner at there home, no network available at seating. worst hygiene and worst food quality, tripple rice was without noodles, i guess they have made shz rice not tripple rice, highly not recommended place.

We ordered tandoori chicken, daal tadka and jeera rice, only daal tadka was good, but tandoori chicken was not perfectly cooked. Service was pathetic.

Awesome experience! Loved the food, services and atmosphere! The food was on time, didn't have to wait at all! My friend had recommended the Dragon chicken long back! Finally had the chance to taste it.The hot pot dry is tasty too, it was as soft as an egg! Schezwan noodles were fine. It wasn't that special! Will surely visit again!

Best food and too quick service.. i love the food including muglai and chinese too. Helpfull atmosphere..
