Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Last week I visited this restaurant with my family in late evening restaurant little bit crowded, but we got sitting for 4 peoples servers very polite and helpful. Restaurant menu so huge and so much options in veg and non veg also. Taste was awesome. But I didn't like khepsa rice it's to oily. But staters was delicious and mouth melting. I rate this 4/5.
The Chicken Chilly was probably a day old. Lollipop wasn't great either ( but eatable). Sad that even after paying you get subclass food. Why do such restaurants even stay open if they cannot control the quality of food they serving.. Thumbs down. Advice to management- make ans serve your food the way you would to your wife or loved one...stop the sub quality food
I heared a lot about MOA restaurant so thought of visiting and eating. We entered the restaurant it was empty and the AC was switched off I thought they would switch on but they did not unless we asked for it. We ordered chicken Dragon and Paneer Chilly and we had advised no capsicum but then also it had in it to which the server dint even acknowledge and said it was said but can't help it. Not even he said sorry. And the food was not at all up to the mark. We ordered chicken Masala and the chicken was raw but no acknowledgement. I would not visit here again and also never recommend to anyone. We had also ordered schezwan rice which was just a boil rice with colour.
Worst food ever...I ordered prawns rice and there was not even single piece of prawns...I found capsicum and brocoli in that rice...l lost my 535rs...a big nooooo
Worst Food Quality !! Worst Experience !! Today we went to have Chicken Biryani and when the order came we found that chicken pieces served were reddish in colour which seems very suspicious to us, also it was having very foul smell will never ever visit this restaurant. In recent days many such cases have been found for adulteration of food quality in this restaurant please find the images attached before you visit the restaurant. Be careful when you visit here with your loved ones !!
I don't even feel like giving 1 star too Everytime I eat their paneer stuff anything I start vomiting which means they're using fake paneer Do no order anything from this restaurant it's very unhygienic and bad food quality If you want to be safe and healthy DO NOT EAT their food
The location is kinda challenging, i felt the staff was kinda lazy and not that great vibe not that great hospitality either the food is of good quality but i think they should have some in-house drink's as well instead of sprite Mirinda And all those soft drinks, the mao special kepsa is something very delicious everyone must try but it should be at-least 4-5 people to finish it off even if you order half. The munchow soup was good as well and warm enough to soothe the throat.
"I recently ordered Chicken Khepsa from [Mao family restaurant Mahim] and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken did not taste fresh and had a strange texture, making it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the rice was also not fresh--it lacked the usual aroma and fluffiness, feeling dry and stale instead. The overall taste of the dish was far from what I expected...
