Nice, clean, above avg McDonald's location that you can find in Mumbai. Spacious and friendly service. No complaints. Service is quick too with take out windows and counter service. Lots of seating but can be crowded most of the times as it's a popular joint in the neighborhood.

Food is just as you'd expect from any McDonald's, Mid but the atmosphere is nice as long as you're not dining in during lunch time. I personally love the employees they are real nice.

This place has been my comfort spot since 2015 and every experience is new. The service is great as well as the whole vibe is immaculate. Food is served fresh usually and I'm a huge fan of their Georgia iced tea and definitely their fries! Thank you.

Apart from this, they even have separate kitchens for veg and non-veg food preparations and it really impressed me. I placed an order for a McSpicy Paneer Burger, some Fries, and a Mc cafe coffee. During the delivery, the rider wore a mask & gloves, maintained social distance, and sanitized his hands. Assembled with a cottage cheese patty coated in a spicy & crispy batter, topped with a creamy sauce & crunchy lettuce, the McSpicy Paneer Burger made me savour it till the end. I was in love with its spicy, cheesy, and crispy flavours. It was absolutely a wholesome burger! The Borivali West branch has issues. There is lot of visible smoke in the place. Also AC is not working properly so lot of sweating. I once placed order and was about to pay and it was so hot, I asked the counter person about AC she tried to fool me by saying we will check first you pay. I ended up not buying anything. This issue is making the experience really bad. We used to visit the place a lot before this issue . Charging so much money and making people to sit in smoke and eat in heat is not worthy.
