Seasonal Tastes

It's a fantastic restaurant in Mumbai known for its delightful ambience and delicious food. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes like the seasonal salads and the chef's special desserts.

Visited here for a buffet and got a good deal from Zomato carnival! We opted for a vegetarian buffet and the spread they have for vegetarian dishes is insane!! Right from asian where they have variety of rice, noodles and gravy along with sushi and soups is just commendable! They have live counters where you can enjoy variety of chaats and a dosa counter where they even serve healthy moong dal dosa and a lot more! The salad counter and the North Indian cuisine is again a delight Ending the buffet on a sweet note with their variety of dessert and our favorites were the nutella cheesecake and baked yoghurt They have inhouse icecreams as well and blueberry is a must try The ambience was amazing with a view of western express highway and staff members were generous enough to serve us and be present whenever needed. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend on giving it a try!

The starters were the only decent part; everything else fell flat. The main course was mediocre, the plates and spoons were filthy, and the service was abysmal. To top it off, the fruit juice was watered down, and I discovered a fly swimming in it. Adding insult to injury, the chef's attitude remained unapologetic even after finding a fly in the juice. Her excuse, "this is an open restaurant," is utterly unacceptable for a Westin, let alone a supposed five-star establishment. They need to step up their game, pronto.

At dinner, it was pretty packed venue. Understaffed. Hospitality or table service was very very poor or absent. Quality of starters was ok, Chaat counter was ok. But actual Indian dining section was a great disappointment. Very very spicy meal. Even Breads were served so late. Seating was not comfortable. Service poor.

The breakfast buffet was indeed a feast. Both veg and non veg options were catered with care. Debalina was hospitable! The entire staff was courteous and helpful. And the chef absolutely rocks! Definitely going again soon!

I went to Seasonal Tastes for dinner buffet. The place was almost full at that hour. The spread of items was amazing. There was nothing that I ate and did not feel "yum". I couldn't try a lot of items since I was already full. The view from the 18th floor was amazing and thestaff was also courteous.

Was on a dinner date with my wife and had one of the best dinning experiences of my life. The hospitality the staff show is outstanding. The food was also great as you can see in our plates. All in all if u want to make a evening special with your loved one try the seasonal tastes.

Fantastic food and outstanding service. I had a very great experience there. I couldn't control myself from eating anything and everything at breakfast! Great spread with a great view as well. Love their salad bar with the choices of raw salads, ready to eat salads, fish , sushi or even salmon fillets. Taste of food is Very good. South Indian snacks like Medhu vada, Masala Dosa with chutney and Sambar are awesome. Coffee is too strong. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Food qualities are also very best. The sunday brunches get busy, staff kind of takes their own sweet time to serve water or drinks.
