I was expecting the waffles to be loaded with chocolate. However the waffles were too good and taste was heavenly. Loved it

Very bad experience today. Have clicked pictures too for showing the faces of employees who were taking the order to their owner. We placed the order for 2 waffles and a sundae. Confirmed 3 times before placing order if we can get it in 15-20 min. The person on bill desk confirmed it and took order. We asked again and again finally got the order after 35 min. We couldn't eat the ordered things and even received soggy waffle. For that they complain to us only coz it is hot that's why it is soggy. In my total experience with Belgian waffles from past 10 years this has been the worst ever experience and food quality I ever received. The person who is in front took the order with false confirmation and even argued later on. Didn't get the refund nor the right food. But I hope owner takes the note of it atleast next time someone orders and trust Belgian waffles employee they will get the right information and confirmation of their order. Thane, Vashi, Andheri branch of Belgian waffles are best with service. Minus 5 for Powai branch service and food quality.

THERE'S A COOL AND CALM ATMOSPHERE... WITH A PLEASANT MUSIC PLAYED AROUND THE SHOP... MUST GIVE A TRY TO EXPERIENCE A NEW THING.... THEY ALSO HAVE VARIOUS VARIETIES OF PANCAKES.. SHAKES... I ordered in from this place. I would definitely recommend. Usually the waffles go soft and cold on delivery but the waffles I ordered from here we're still crisp, and as usual loaded with chocolate sauce. The packaging was good too as you can see in the photos. I would recommend dark chocolate and Belgian chocolate waffle.

I feel that few of the outlets of Belgian waffle I have visited don't have a well trained staff but this outlet is my favourite extremely cheerful and polite staff The speed is also decent and the way they make the waffle is amazing would definitely recommend to visit this outlet of Belgian waffles I was amazed by the way how they where flipping waffles. Amazing!
