Overall pathetic experience! This place once upon a time used to be the best for food but it no longer is!! Hygiene has gone for a toss - JUST look at the photos attached! Floor is full of litter, tables are so very unclean and oily! When you ask their staff to clean it up they do a very shabby work!! Coming to food - TERRIBLE!!! Their mutton Biryani is still decent but order any curry dishes and you will be blown away with the amount of oil it contains. You will be left to think whether you ordered a dish of oil or real food. You'll be forced to reconsider going home and having a simple home cooked meal - quite literally!! Given an option I will not even give a single star to this place! I'm giving this rating not after a single disappointing visit but multiple bad experiences.

Apparently the biryani is said to be famous here but you can't even call it biryani in the first place. It's literally just oily rice with gravy and meat pieces and doesn't even have proper taste. I will never understand how people like the biryani here. Service is ok but food is very oily. I suggest everyone who loves briyani to go to other places instead of wasting money here.. Please don't spend your money here

Huge place. 3 floors. The top floor id very well decorated, very posh, clean, nicely decorated with warm lights, beautiful. The food tastes awesome. Not very expensive too. This is the place we often visit when my family wants to dine. The ordered food comes fast. Good behaviour of the staff. Pretty convenient space for parking as well. Washrooms are kept clean too.

One of the best places in Nagpur to have Biryani. We tried their chicken / meat gravy dishes and their famous Biryanis. Chicken Biryani seemed to be a bit dry, but mutton biryani was juicy and delicious. Also they serve their biryanis with their signature salan which increases the taste of the biryani. Do try their mutton biryani, highly recommended.

Worst food we have ever ate Sab jala hua aur baasi roti but they want full amount to be paid

They have massively increased the food cost, however, the food is no doubt tasty. Good portion size, finger licking and recommended. Ambience is of an average state. Service is a little slow. Must try for mutton biryani and rogan josh dishes.

Hopeless service We came empty stomach after 1 hr waiting Half food given against order the food was not fresh. Total unhygienic I saw cocroaches moving around the sitting area They least bothered about services. After complaint also they charges full amount on food. Worst experience will not again.

It's a good place for non veg lovers, good taste and good service, though they should work on a better atmosphere and hygiene.
