Extremely poor management. I was given 1 hour to sit, but they falsely recorded 30 extra minutes and later accused me of overstaying. It felt like a cheap trick to make customers feel guilty. Totally unacceptable behavior. Avoid this place if you value fairness and respect.
Last time I get tha tebal but now I don't
The experience at the cafe today was disappointing on multiple levels. The food was very basic, lacking taste and variety. The service was notably slow, and the hygiene standards were not maintained. However, the most unpleasant part was the behavior of the staff at the billing counter. Firstly, they refused to accept a perfectly fine Rs 500 note, claiming it was torn, which it clearly wasn't. Additionally, the staff member handling the payment was rude and unaccommodating when giving change, and when I offered to pay digitally, they stated it wasn't possible. Overall, the combination of subpar food, slow service, and rude behavior made for an unsatisfactory visit.
One of the best restaurants in nagpur for couples only with full privacy and no disturbance by staff.....thank you bite of life
