Kareem's is one of the best family restaurant in west Nagpur at Pagalkhana square . Best food for nonveg lover . I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic dining experience I had at your restaurant recently. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance, service, and attention to detail were remarkable. The staff is having very normal approach, No smiles on the face . As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly prepared, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. It's clear that your team takes great pride in crafting high-quality meals that leave a lasting impression. I look forward to visiting again and will certainly recommend your restaurant to friends and family. Thank you once again for the wonderful experience!

The Food here is decent, and serving portion is good! Can be oily though! What we didn't like about this place- the service!! We came in here at almost closing time(3:30pm) and asked them if it's okay to dine. Ushered us in, but from then on, the serving staff seemed disinterested. We asked for a coke, and he said nothing is available when infact they did have soft drinks! The whole time, this gentleman kept breathing down on our necks. Highly dissatisfied with the service. It falls in the category of fine dining- so watch out for the prices! I felt it wasn't worth the service.

Very nice food and very coolant nd pleasant atmosphere. The service was on time and was not delayed at all as compared to different restaurants....

Don't know why people r creating hype for this resto they are giving pathetic service,they are unable to manage customers because of may be less staff..food was also ok ok.overall I never wanted to visit dis resto again

Amazing restaurant with fast service... hope they start some Chinese food too.... As their mughlai food is so good...

Ac not working properly, we told that ac not working then staff told us that " manager ny temprature set kar k rakha hai n wo nahi hai" And we told to staff, we found hair in mutton biryani but they didn't respond, staff service was very pathetic.

Very bad taste of food not at all upto the mark,i ordered mutton roghan gosh here and all they gave is simple mutton curry it tasted like payye ki tarkari to be honest i had this dish in many other restaurants but this was not at all upto the taste mark,even starters tasted below arverage worse food taste and very much expensive than it taste waste of time money and mood never ever am i and my friends and cousins comming back here

Food was okay okay (not so good not so bad) But the service is too bad. everyone , every single waiters were looking at me with wrong intentions. I did not feel comfortable with them at all. It was worst experience
