Nice ambiance, beautiful interiors, food taste was okay. Services are very poor. They don't pay attention to their customers they are not attentive. Good parking space.

Ambience was good.. food was okay.. service was poor.. I ordered for water bottle.. once it came I wanted it to be replaced with soda as I am ordering non veg food.. they said they can only add soda .. and water cannot be replaced with soda. The bottle is still new condition and it was even touched.. it was in the same place where the waiter kept... Not sure why they didn't accept my request.. gravy was little oily... Pls aware .. Some items were not available in the after noon.. like biriyani, gulab jamun etc... seems they are night time items. I'm ok with that..

Believe me! I am a foodie and a guy of good taste. Was suggested by my team to visit this place as I work with a corporate brand. So I had got my team of 15 out of 200 today to din and have a good time here. This restaurant first asked us all men to sit in the gents area which was somewhat understood but they actually sent us to sit with the drunk people. Imagine sitting with drunk men with a Corporate team of 13, who don't have any motive to drink or make a scene. They were soo poor in service that whatever ordered was either denied or ignored or the food had extra salt in it. What was meant to be a celebratory team dinner turned into an experience we'd rather forget. To start with, despite our reservation being made well in advance, the table wasn't ready when we arrived, forcing us to wait nearly 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When we were finally seated, it took an unacceptable amount of time just to get our drink orders taken. Some members of our team had to repeatedly ask for water refills, and when drinks finally did arrive, they were either incorrect or poorly made. The service was incredibly slow, with our orders taking over an hour to arrive. When the food did come, several dishes were cold, and a few orders were completely wrong. We had to send food back multiple times, which further delayed our meal. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. To make matters worse, the wait staff had a poor attitude and seemed uninterested in resolving the issues we raised. We were met with blank stares and dismissive responses, which only added to our frustration. For a restaurant that promotes itself as a great spot for corporate events, this was an utter failure. We ordered for 5000+ We chose your restaurant expecting a high level of service, but what we received was nothing short of embarrassing. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will certainly not be returning, nor will we recommend your establishment to others. Please ignore this restaurant if you are in search for quality because they serve just quantity and that also without a bit of good service.

Very Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended We went to Laxmi Restaurant and Hotel for dinner, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. It took them 25 minutes just to take our order, and when we asked the staff about the delay, both the waiter and manager responded very arrogantly. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. If you're planning to dine here, be prepared to waste at least 2 to 3 hours for a simple meal. On top of that, the washroom had no water -- absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. Very poor service overall. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is located on outer ring road between kharbi chowk to Dighori chowk, Nagpur Maharashtra. It is famous for Both Veg and non-veg varieties of dishes. The ambience of the restaurant was good. The restaurant is divided into 3 parts in which first for Family, second for mens only and third one for bachelors. Also there is different section for birthday celebration or any other celebration. You can enjoy the place with family and friends. There is always gathering of people daily and in wenuseday, friday and sunday there is waiting for the tables. Sercive for food serving was good. I visit restaurant from last 8 years the taste was maintained and always similar. The food was tasty and delicious. I order both veg and nonveg food. The price for the dishes was pocket friendly and in budget. You can visit and enjoy the best taste so go and check out the restaurant.

This is one of the good,affordable and family freindly restaurent near Mhalgi nagar , dighori and kharbi area. If you are looking for good taste over ambience and hygine then you must choose this place because they have really good taste of nonveg. You have to do little bit adjust with cleanliness and hygine. Many people came here on Wednesday, friday and Sunday and you need to wait for your table however you will get table within 10 min as they have huge seating capacity around 250 people at a time. They have seperate section of bachelor's, family, and men's section. Ambience is okay. They have improved a lot and still improving. I would suggest there should be imrovement on Staff and little bit hygine. We had Chicken handi , Tandoori roti , Rice and soups. All were good except chicken lollipop. They provide you chicken pakoda fry instead chicken lollipop. So ask and order wisely. prices w.r.t. taste is really good.
