BEWARE! THIS RESTAURANT IS FRAUDULENT & IRRESPONSIBLE!! I ordered Paneer Tikka Biryani from Liberty Restaurant via Swiggy, but instead, they sent me Chicken Tikka Biryani! As a vegetarian, this was a horrifying experience. This is not just a mistake--it's serious negligence that could harm people with dietary restrictions, religious beliefs, or allergies. When I tried to contact Swiggy, they did not allow me to raise the issue. So, I called the restaurant directly. At first, they picked up and pretended to listen, but the moment I explained the issue, they rudely disconnected the call. After that, they ignored all my calls. This proves that they are completely unprofessional and dishonest. BIGGEST RED FLAG! If they can accidentally send non-veg instead of veg, that means they prepare both together in the same kitchen, with no separation! There is NO guarantee that your vegetarian food is actually vegetarian. If you are Hindu, vegetarian, or have dietary restrictions, DO NOT order from this place! To hold them accountable, I have officially lodged a complaint with the FSSAI and attached photos of both the complaint and the food I received as proof. Strict action needs to be taken against such unethical practices. WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE: They ignore complaints and refuse to take responsibility. They send the wrong food without any regard for customer safety. They cut calls and block customers instead of resolving issues. Veg and non-veg are clearly mixed - nothing is trustworthy here. If you value your health, beliefs, and money, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A RESTAURANT! I am also raising this issue with The National Consumer Forum of India . Let's see if our country have decent protocol to take action against such restaurants

Pros: 1. Good starters 2. Soups were delicious, chicken and prawns soup 3. Price to quantity is good. 4. Must say, almost premium dining experience. 5. Valet parking, district offers, great service with apt ambience. Cons: 1. Main course is not upto the mark. And no major cons apart from main course. Recommends/tips : 1. District by zomato is offering 40% discount, avail soon might be closed very soon. 2. Swiggy offers 30% dine in. 3. Our total bill was ~3k and we availed the offer by paying ~ 1.8k.

Went there today for my mother birthday dinner, the place has very quiet yet beautiful ambiance and the service was top notch, the girl Shubhangi did contribute a lot for smooth and perfect dinner with my family, looking forward to visit again!!! Amazing restaurant

Situated in the upscale Sadar area of Nagpur this restaurant has spacious sitting for families on the ground floor while a separate Bachelors section is placed on the first floor. This gives good privacy for families. Valet parking is available. The food though not out of the world is good and tasty and reasonably priced, though liquor is a bit pricy. The service stands out as very good. Its a place you can visit either for lunch or dinner with friends or family.

I ordered chicken biryani from this restaurant and I was very much disappointed, angry and frustrated from the food quality. Biryani was spoiled, a very bad pungent smell was coming from the food and I had to throw it away. I contacted with customer care and they helped me in refund. I STRONGLY SUGGEST PEOPLE TO NEVER EVER ORDER FOOD AS WELL AS VISIT THIS PLACE

I ordered coffee for my friends today( from meal box) honestly, it was a disaster. It wasn't just bad -- it was offensively bad. It tasted like regret, burnt hopes, and maybe a hint of dirty dishwater. If this was meant to be coffee, then I owe instant coffee an apology. My friends took one sip and looked at me like I personally wronged them. We couldn't even finish it and we've all had rough enough mornings to drink nearly anything. Total waste of money, time, and taste buds. Never again.

Went there for dinner. Food was decent but disappointed by the service. Initially there was no one to attend. After requesting for 2-3 times water was served. Ambience is good. Prices are reasonable. Service can be improved. You may face parking issue if 4 wheeler
