When we raised this serious issue with the manager, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, we were shockingly told it was our fault for ordering the Hyderabadi chicken because it wasn't available! How were we supposed to know this if it wasn't communicated when we placed the order? The service issues didn't end there. The roti we ordered arrived very late, making us wait around 5 minutes after the main course was served. Later, when we asked for the leftover gravy to be packed, we opened the parcel at home to find noodles instead! Given the major issue of being served uncooked chicken, we requested a discount. After all the problems, we were offered a measly 70 discount on a 1100 dish. The attitude of the staff, especially the manager, was incredibly arrogant throughout this process. They even had the audacity to ask why we had eaten the chicken if it was uncooked - how else are customers supposed to determine if the food is properly cooked and tastes right without tasting it? This restaurant failed on multiple fronts: serving the wrong dish, serving dangerously uncooked food, poor communication, delayed service, incorrect takeaway packing, and topped off with incredibly rude and unprofessional staff who blamed the customer for their own shortcomings. The minimal discount felt like an insult after such a poor experience. We absolutely cannot recommend this place and strongly advise others to avoid it.
