THE GREENLAND RESORT AND VILLA'S (MTDC)

Five stars for this amazing property to stay at with the best hospitality team. Very warm and welcoming place to stay at. Great breakfast for everyone - Jain, Veg and Non Veg food available. Cleanliness is superb with peaceful environment all over the resort. One of the best part is the Lake view from all over the resort. A MUST VISIT!!

The staff is rude and arrogant. The food isn't good at all. The rooms are not clean and posh. This resort deserve zero stars, but it has lake-view rooms and one lake-view rooftop. They don't care about there costumers at all. Really, not recommended for family. And finally, most of the 5 stars ratings posted are fake; when you are about to check out, they ask for your phone saying they want it for check out and give themself a 5 star rating, it's so unethical. I recommend never go here if want to enjoy peacefully.

One of the pathetic, disgusting, cheap, piteous, deplorable service ever. We were group of 6 people & we checked in at 1:15 pm though check in time was 12:00 pm but since we came late so we accepted & proceeded with further booking & payment stuff. They asked us wait for room to get ready from 1.15pm to 3:30, these people took more than 2 hours for room fixing, first they provided hell of the second rated, poor quality room with nothing working, disgusting bathroom, AC in non working condition. But accepting all this, when we entered the room electrician was still fixing the bathroom & cleaners were cleaning the room even after taking 2 hours. When we discussed this issue with the manager & asked for the refund or another room..they offered us the dormitory with cooler..seriously !! How insensitive can any one be !! They want customers to pay full payment at a time & offering zero services. Terrible food, awful behaviour & the worst part was the other people who checked in after us got room before us, why ??? because they were the family...isn't this discrimination !!! Being a customer we intend to get the right service & but after experiencing this resort's service it is needless to say that we customers are taken for granted here. It is my suggestion to all other people out there PLEASE DO NOT opt for this resort atleast..pay some more get what you deserve... Greenland resort..please get some customer service lessons....!!

Overall the place is great for weekends and one Or two night stays. Perfect place to chill and hangout with friends and fam, the atmosphere and the nature is worth an eye! The food they serve is really amazing and tasty with an mesmerising lake view of their restaurant. Overall had a great time and would also recommend to you! Special mention to the staff which was amazingly helpful and caring.

This is a review of the restaurant only. The restaurant is on the top floor with an access to the roof and offers unmatched views to the lake and landscape (if you visit during the day). This is the sole reason for the 2 stars. Service is disappointing - we were even told that our order would be delayed as the staff was on a lunch break. The manager seems to have that typical government babu demeanour, and doesn't care about hospitality. ZERO for service and the attitude. The food itself was average - starters too salty and curries with a layer of oil on top. This place could have been a great place for lunch but views alone don't satiate hunger, stop here for selfies only ;)

The resort was good, the staff was professional to some extent but it surely was not "lake view" lake was far from the view atleast 500m from the resort and the food was tolerable. They did make some mistake with our booking but they were professional in rectifying them, so overall it was good might go there 1 or 2 times then done.

Worst experience ever. Booked an AC room but the AC was not cooling at all. Even the fan was not working. Was told that no alternate room was available. Had to get a desert cooler in the room to be able to survive the night. They did change my room the next day which was kinda okay because at least the fan was working. AC was a bit better but not up to the mark. No maintenance of the so called, huts. Food is too oily. Not suitable for kids.

Really Worth of price you're paying Big Size Rooms. Clean Areas Calm Privacy taken care of. Nice food. Appreciable Room Services. Cheap. Guys look, 6 cups of tea, Breakfast for two and dinner for two cost us INR 638/- ONLY!!! Very very quiet place. Hot water available all the time. Electricity goes sometimes but that can be managed for short time. checkout time 12 noon only!
