I visited this place with my wife and parents on Wednesday afternoon. It's a clean place. Non-AC dining area. We ordered dudh shev bhaji, naan and jira rice. Service is fast. Sabji was tasty. The only issue is the quantity. You can only eat 2 naans with 1 plate sabji. Hence order quantity accordingly. Overall recommended for family lunch. Do note: South Indian food is not available. Only Punjabi dishes and Chinese in the evening

I recently dined at Appa Dhaba Hotel Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to try it, but the food and service exceeded my expectations. I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Kadai Paneer, Roti, Butter Naan, Jeera Rice, Dal Khichdi, and Dal Tadka--all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The dishes had a good balance of spices, and the quality was commendable. The service was also attentive and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. However, the restaurant could improve in terms of cleanliness, which would enhance the dining experience even further. With a little more focus on hygiene and upkeep, this place has the potential to become an even better choice for food lovers. Overall, a good spot for tasty food and a satisfying meal!

Tasty Shev bhaji and Tandoori roti was class very thin snd crisp. Seating space is big and options available. One thing to be improved is waiter hygiene and cleaniness. Waiters were eating gutka.

I have ordered dal kichidi and they served without tadaka and zero salt, asked them replace it, they have replaced with another dalkichidi but surprisingly another one doesn't even have salt, when I asked about it the person who served is just smiling..only outside looks of the restaurant are good, inside its not good, bathrooms are worst, beware

Appa dhaba now it is Raanwara hotel near sinnar highway we take Special chicken and Special Mutton thali really it was so testy in that thali they provide us chicken curry, dry chicken ,chicken soup ,indrayani rice and 2 bhakari or chapati whatever u want and it was so testy and pieces also good in quantity please visit there

Nearby petrol pump guy referred this Dhaba. And to the fact, it was really a great experience. Good food, quality, and taste.

Today, we arrived at this hotel around 11:30 AM, being the first customers. The food was satisfactory, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Staff behaviour is very bad and arrogant Food didnt meet my expectation
