Barbeque Nation - Nashik - City Centre Mall

*Disappointing Experience at Barbeque Nation, Nashik* Rating: 1/5 On Monday, November 4, 2024, my group of 8 visited Barbeque Nation at City Center Mall, Nashik, to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was the worst we've ever had in dining. *Issues:* 1. *Rotten Starters*: Veg tikka was rotten, and even after replacing it, the new one was also rotten. 2. *Cold Food*: Starters, live counter food, and buffet items were served cold and looked unfresh. 3. *Unhygienic Conditions*: Spills were found at buffet, ice cream counter, and dessert areas. 4. *Poor Quality Food*: Rajasthani festival dishes were unauthentic and tasted bad (Dal Baati, Malpua, Kadhi). 5. *Hair in Dessert*: Found hair in Churma, making it inedible. 6. *Slow and Ignorant Service*: Staff ignored instructions and were unresponsive. 7. *Unresponsive Manager*: Seemed unresponsive to our concerns and displayed poor communication skills. He was also rude. *Conclusion:* Our birthday celebration was ruined due to the unhygienic and poor-quality food, coupled with terrible service. With many other restaurants offering better barbecue options in a clean environment, we see no reason to return to Barbeque Nation.

Barbeque Nation offers a wonderful dining experience, boasting a great ambience and exceptional service. The staff is remarkably courteous, soft-spoken, and humble, making you feel welcome and valued. The menu is diverse, featuring an array of starters, main courses, salads, and desserts. However, the food's flavor profile is somewhat disappointing, with a taste that's merely average. Having visited other Barbeque outlets, I found the taste at this particular location to be below par. Despite this, the excellent service and ambience make it a worthwhile visit.

Overall the food is of average quality, however there are many varieties of food and snacks but at this much cost and taxes the food is of lower quality and not sufficient in numbers also. Rather the staff behaviour is good and serving also decent. Its better to come hungry if you want to cover up your money

Barbecue nation is the best only in Nasik at City centre mall. A very busy restaurant here, makes this a very fresh delicious food on the run constantly. Weekends require prior booking for tables specially. All its other branches can't compete with the one in Nasik.

Very average quality and variety of food not expected from a brand like Barbeque Nation all the starters were below average and very dry in fact we get much better quality with street food stalls buffet menu was also very basic except mutton curry, even Chicken biryani was with overcooked rice and tasting like prepared with steam rice age old variety of desserts so finally we made up our mind to enjoy kulfi

Best food I have ever tried but need to focus on service.

Nice food. Unlimited veg and non veg buffet. Located inside Nashik city mall, spacious and good ambience. Parking available at basement for both two and four wheelers. Best place to celebrate occasions with family. Best place to celebrate birthdays. The staffs singing happy birthday is really sweet gesture which everyone would like. Food quality is good and place is hygienic.

The food was really good . The staff were very welcoming. Our table was service by "Anjali das" and she really took good care of our requirements. Right from entering to leaving the restaurant we enjoyed our time to the core.
