Food is delicious and presentation is very nice. Dal baati bafla thali has the authentic Rajasthani flavour. We also tried Paneer Rajwadi from ala carte which was amazing delicious. Services are nice and quick. Ambience and Atmosphere is good. Perfect place for family and friends to try Authentic Vegetarian and Rajasthani food.

Come here to eat everything dipped, cooked, fried, leaking in Ghee/makkhan/butter. Must try is a Bafla daal baati, Shev tamata bhaaji, Dhanhi wada.

You won't have any complaints when you come to Soorma. Starting with the food the daal bati thali gives you the authentic Rajasthani vibes. Taste & quality is too good 10/10 Service is above expectations they always check with us if we need something or not. The hand made paintings are really beautiful And the Thalis are Unlimited

I recently visited a restaurant offering an *unlimited dal bati thali* for 349, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Here's why: 1. **Dal**: Completely tasteless, lacking any flavor or authenticity. 2. **Dahi Vada**: The worst I've ever had--something I wouldn't recommend to anyone. 3. **Choorma**: Extremely dry, with an overpowering sugar taste, and overall unappetizing. There wasn't a single item in the thali that stood out as good. For 350, this was highly overpriced, especially given the poor quality of the food. While the restaurant has clearly invested heavily in its decor and ambience, the food quality is severely lacking. Even basic items like *chaas* (buttermilk) were below average, which was shocking. The *gatta curry* had no gatta in it--just bland, flavorless gravy. Nothing about this meal reflected authentic Rajasthani cuisine. I visited after seeing a reel that hyped up the place, and I truly regret it. To content creators and reviewers: please be mindful when recommending restaurants. Many people rely on your reviews, and false hype leads to nothing but disappointment. To the restaurant: please focus on improving your food quality--it's the very foundation of your business. Ambience alone doesn't make for a good dining experience. This visit completely ruined my mood, and I sincerely hope others don't face the same disappointment.
