Spice Route

Atmosphere is very good. But service is worst. We have to wait hours for food or even soup. So if you have plenty of time then only visit this Hotel

I have ordered manchow soup cheese,corn tikki , veg maratha and roti. Veg maratha taste was average. Rest was good. Service was good.

Visited the place with my family. Service was excellent and personalised. On our request, they prepared special spinach rice for my 1.5 year son without any spices, but still very tasty. Food was good. Overall a very positive experience. Only thing lacking was availability of fresh fruit juices in the menu.

Slow service | Taste not up to the mark We recently went here for dinner. It seemed that the waiters were finding it difficult to manage the crowd. The waiters took 15 to 20 minutes to come to the table to take the order. After following up several times after placing the order, they brought the order. The management did not seem to have any experience in what to play on the screen, so we could not enjoy the music. And most importantly, when we asked the waiter what would be good to get here and he told us the food menu, those items were tasteless and not up to the mark. There are also few items on the menu. Apart from the ambiance, the taste of the food needs to be improved and the management needs to pay attention to the customers here.

Best food quality with good ambience

Quite nice and a good restaurant for family. They serve Chinese ,continental and Indian cuisine. The place was nice and the food quality and taste as well was great. We enjoyed the lunch and it's a must visit if you want to have some yummy Indian veg and non veg food. Not just that Chinese is also good there. We had Chicken Fried Rice, handi veg, chicken wings, garlic naan. Service 10/10

Restaurants which have good food but bad service are such a turn off! I visited spice Route with first time with my fam. They made us wait 30mins for a table even though a table was empty! They didnt care to clean the empty table to occupy us. And no one cared about the waiting customers, I had to tell them to get it clean and after 20 mins they gave us a table. Valuing customers in waiting is important! Not such good food and good ambience. Service plays an important role too! Anyways, these are the dishes I tried, and loved, the biriyani wasn't great apart from that everything was very tasty.

Overall, my family and I had a mixed experience at Spice Route. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and most importantly the restaurant deserves commendation for maintaining a comfortable and spacious dining environment. The distance between tables was ample, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling crowded. We ordered Veg Manchow Soup, Honey Chilly Potato starter, Paneer Tikka Masala and Cheese Garlic Naan. The flavours were well-balanced and it was an absolute treat for our taste buds. However, we were quite disappointed to find mosquitoes and a lizard around our table during our meal. This made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat spoiled our dining experience. I suggest the restaurant will take proper steps to ensure hygiene. I hope our next visit can be more enjoyable without the presence of unwanted guests!!
