Food is tasty, ambience is just wow, staff is nice, polite but service is okay as maybe it was Sunday so it was packed with people. staff was less for working. So this leads to more waiting time for others because previous customers order is not yet completed. Can add more staff so service will be good.

One of the excellent restaurant on Mumbai Pune Highway, near Kharghar, New Mumbai was our stop for dinner few months back, when we were travelling to Mumbai International Airport. The restaurant is very conveniently located just on the outskirts of Mumbai (at Kharghar), so that one can easily stop at restaurant for lunch or dinner without taking a big detour. Ambiance of hotel was superb and very inviting. Though it was a week day and just 800 pm late evening, entire ground floor restaurant hall was jam packed with guests enjoying food. As ground floor hall was packed, we sat on first floor open to sky restaurant. The restaurant seems to be popular for non veg food and hence almost every table had variety of non-veg dishes and their was a thick aroma of non-veg (typical aroma one gets of tandoori chicken when one passes by a tandoori non-veg restaurant). It seems hotel decor was typical muslim style and hence I think owner is from muslim community. However, entire atmosphere was very inviting and definitely for a foodie and especially for person who cherished non-veg. Restaurant had a vast non-veg menu, but limited veg menu. Non-veg dishes were too good and too tasty. Even veg dishes were tasty, but thick aroma of non-veg and tandoori dishes, put off some of the die hard vegetarians in our group (who decided to stand outside and had food at another nearby place serving veg food without non-veg aroma).

The atmosphere is great, sky dining felt an amazing experience, meals are delicious, little overpriced according to the quantity they serve , overall a great experience.

Food was much better than we expected. Whatever that we tried was delicious. Just the Rumali roti seemed like outsourced and not fresh. Service needs a major improvement. It is very slow and unprofessional. The waiters and captains run around hassled and confused. Gets very crowded at prime times. Visit in the early hours.

We went as it was reopened recently. The ambience is good but the food was not good. Chicken lolipop was smelly. And lamb curry was costly but no good, it was hard. We didn't enjoy anything. Just the buttermilk and dessert was okay. Washroom was not clean. Please improve the food quality.

I recently visited this restaurant expecting a delightful meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Slow service for large groups, lukewarm food, and portions were small considering the prices. We had to wait a lot for water too. Overall I would rate it 2/5

Amazing place to have food with your loved ones. Ambience is really amazing. I love their jungle theme on 1st floor. Food is also really great. Must try Chicken Tandoori platter price 1200 enough for 4-5 people.
