Worst service by drink serving employee owner is polite and calm

Worst place in sector 3 coz of the short tempered, rude n arrogant manager who wears specks n has tilak on forehead..he does not value customer n think he is their only boss.. owners he is the reason for your loss n lossing valuable customers Otherwise ur food, drinks, locations n waiters n support staff is all good.. owners take ur call that person needs counseling as he argues even if customer speak to him jokingly. take steps if don't want to lose ur business. Owners do we come to your hotel to handle such morons.

Good Place to drink and get-togethers with friends, well manage bar with proper cleaning; nice ambiance staff is well culture and politely in nature. Bath is good. Kitchen is nicely Clean and wel organised. Food test is good and fast in serving. Proper space for parking.

I was going ther from last 3 yrs in daily basis ...today they serve me kachumbar or someone else ....do go there ..they will serve you other food as management has been changed

it was okay, didn't had range of options on drinks..

I ordered Chiken tikka masala.waiter spoke to me within 20-25mint...my side ok.but chiken tikka masala took time 10mint ready.then i goes my home.chicken tikka masala not to proper cooked.i am goes return to hotel but staff was very arguesment with me.front desk guy very dissaponited.very bad service this guys.samadhan service guys was very nice staff.but front desk guys cashier very bad communication with customers arguement.very bad service no any talked with apology.very bad cashier staff.

Service was good, food was also tasty but there was a very dirty smell in the AC hall. They should focus on hygiene and cleanliness.
