We visited Laxmi Veg Restaurant yesterday. We keep visiting their CBD Belapur branch, but yesterday tried Panvel branch. Same fantastic taste and vibes. Nice ambience and good food. All good we got our beloved restaurant in our city. Service was little slow, but we were not in hurry either. Thank you Laxmi Veg Restaurant for making our evening special! Loved "cheese masala dosa", and "Gadbad" was cherry on the top of experience !

Service: From the moment we walked in, the service was subpar. We waited 20 Minutes before being acknowledged and seated, despite having a reservation. Our server was inattentive and seemed disinterested in taking our order or answering questions about the menu. Food: When our food finally arrived after an unusually long wait, some dishes were cold and not as described on the menu. We had to flag down our server multiple times for basic requests like refills and condiments. Atmosphere: The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance, but the poor service overshadowed any positives. Overall: I understand that restaurants can have off days, but the consistent lack of attention and care from the staff was disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the food has potential, but the service needs significant improvement. I would recommend not visiting the Laxmi Veg Restaurant's worst service ever seen.
