Masalaa Family Restaurant

We went to this place and order veg manchow soup and veg chinese bhel. Soup was ok but when veg chinese bhel arrived it had chicken in it. We confronted manager there , rather than being sorry he was arguing and was very rude. I said I am pure vegetarian, he said that this hotel is not pure vegetarian. It's is not pure vegetarian than they can put chicken in any veg dish. Just blunder and horrible experience. I would suggest never visit this place . No courtesy or manners for customers.

I ordered food from this restaurant as always. However, recently few times I there was a person coming to deliver the food who is from restaurant staff is rude. He doesn't have sence what to talk what not to. He had problem when we asked him what is the total amount of bill. He had issue coming to deliver the food overall. And was talking rubbish. Last time he told extra bill amount. Even thoug the food is good such things make us think again if to order food again from the restaurant or not

Don't ever anyone try chicken dum biryani. Very bad taste, waste of 280rs . I had yesterday and it was not good taste road side biryani taste much more than this. I won't recommend anyone to have this.

Atmosphere is not good, we felt as if we are sitting next to a toilet. The smell of urine was in the air. The air conditioning needs a service. The ambiance was a great let down. The food was very spicy, but it was enjoyable enough, hence the 3 stars. Service was decent, needs a lot of improvement. We ordered Lemon coriander soup and wanted it to be less spicy, but it came out to be the opposite. We could see the chilli floating. Chicken lollipop was good. Chicken angara was again very spicy. Overall, needs a lot of improvement. I may not go here again, unless it's the only option for me.

We went at this place for a family dinner. It's a casual dining space serving North Indian, Chinese cuisine. The ambience is quite classy, cosy with comfortable indoor seating area plus found this place to be quite hygienic as well. Service too was great. Staff was quick and humble in service. We had - Harabhara Kebab Sizzling Chicken Tandoori Veg Crispy Murg Rara Murg Kheema With some Butter Rotis Loved the taste of all the dish. It was spicy and full of flavors. Both Veg and Non Veg were good in terms of taste. Just the portion size (quantity) could have been better for the price we paid it was a bit less. Rest all was good. Perfect place for a family dinner/lunch. Visited Masala Restaurant recently and had a great overall experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for both casual outings and family dinners.

Disappointing Experience at Masala Restaurant The food was bland and lacked authentic flavors, with dishes arriving lukewarm after a long wait. The service was slow and unorganized, despite the restaurant not being busy. Overall, it didn't meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it.

There are not many options in Ulwe, but this place is one of the good options available in the city. The ambience is good and the seating arrangement is comfortable. Parking is easily available. The staff are courteous and the service is also good. Food taste and quality are decent and rates are fair. Tried butter Naan, Masala Papas and Special Masala Veg in the main course.
