New Welcome Family Restaurant

Day by day the service and quality is decreasing. Chicken was uncooked and upon raising the concern got reply it's a chicken breat piece - I told I understand the difference between chicken breast piest and uncooked chicken. Waiter was in a such a hurry, he started serving rice when I had piece of roti in my hand. To describe the dish he had to ask owner every time.

I recently visited the new Welcome Family Restaurant and unfortunately, I have mixed feelings about my experience. Firstly, I found that the restaurant was overhyped and overpriced for the quality of food they served. The vegetarian food was okay, nothing exceptional, but where they really fell short was in their non-vegetarian dishes. I tried dishes like butter chicken, chicken lapeta, and another chicken dish, but I was highly disappointed as they were all subpar and not up to the mark. The flavors were lacking, the meat was not cooked properly, and overall the dishes were just not enjoyable. Additionally, I tried the kaju paneer masala and found it to be equally disappointing. I would not recommend the non-vegetarian dishes at Welcome Family Restaurant. If you are looking for delicious non-vegetarian food, I would suggest visiting Ajwa Restaurant or Royal Darbar instead, as they offer much better quality and taste. Overall, my experience at Welcome Family Restaurant was not satisfactory, and I would advise others to explore other options for a better dining experience.

The nimbu chicken kalimiri kebab was stale and this item was in their Today's Special menu. The veg matka biryani was bland and even the roasted masala papad was plain weird. The presentation of the food and the ambience overall is okay, but the service is both slow and sub-par. There were no spoons & black pepper on the table and the staff wasn't even able to follow simple instructons like which items to be served together. It was an extremely disappointing experience and hence I don't recommend this place at all.

Visited with my family for dinner outing unfortunately we went here earlier we are going somewhere else. Food quality is not upto the mark as compared to the price they are charging. Ambience is good but, if you want your dinner time chill out type then please avoid it very small place in size, so everyone is talking feels like fish market. Behaviour of counter is very neutral it is likes he is running any bhandara camp or something like that. All staff is very good they do their best to serve the customers. My personal experience is bad experience I will never visit again.

Ambience is very nice & food test also good. But quantity is less as compared to food prices. Staff also kind & giving best advise to choose foods. Recommended items are Paneer Mussalam, Chinese Platter, Veg Chingari, Jeera Rice. Sometimes you need to wait more than 30mins if crowded. But outside of restaurants having good enough chairs for bog groups. Also backdrop for photos/ selfies. Sometimes if there is any power outage issue then they not having power Backup like generator. You have to survive without AC. Also they not giving any kind of discount for customers. Overall rating 8 out of 10. (-2 for power failure)

The food quality is awesome. And services also very good. Highly recommended.

Although a good to go restaurant. Prices are moderates. We ordererd chicken tandoori handi and some starters both were so yummy and it was also better in quantity. They also have decorative wall in waiting area where you can celebrate birthday , anniversary or anything and they do not charge for it . The only reason to rate 1 star out of 5 is the "clear veg soup" we order which was so disguisting in taste + a hair on it . After complaining they instantly change it. But they insist us atleast 4 time while clicking photos outside, just to let us get on the table to have the "Hairy soup".

Food was worth cost. Malvani mutton taste really good. Tried noddles and few Chinese dishes i would definitely suggest must try this restaurant for a good food and service
