**Review of Salt and Pepper Kitchen, Airoli** I ordered a Chicken Tandoori parcel from Salt and Pepper Kitchen today, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The Tandoori was extremely hard to eat and tasted as if it had been sitting around for two days--it was definitely not fresh. When I approached the person at the counter to express my concern, instead of acknowledging the issue, he started arguing with me. I even offered him the uneaten parcel for him to try, but it was disheartening to receive such poor customer service. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and staff traing.

Time is 3.52 .the staff which I had a word at this time ,he don't know to talk to a customer,,it's been an hour I had ordered for a chicken handi and I called at your restaurant after an hour ,your staff is like who the hell r u talk to the Zomato team,very pathetic service and the staff doesn't know how to talk to a customer,,u asked his name but he didn't gave me the name and cut the phone,,,salt n pepper kitchen Airoli,

Pathetic quality and very slow service. They do not even know about how to cook Punjabi dishes.

Very bad food I ordered open shawarma almost I waited parcel more than 30 mins finally got shawarma without hot they give me someones undelivered food after long . Also i got 2 hairs . Dont buy anything from there

Food wise all good taste and quality.. But there delivery staff very smart to make fool to customer for UPI payment as I order frequently i just scan n paid to delivery boy later he said I don't receive as i scan infront of him the scanner which he gave. Later on I went to his shop to talk and show the transaction to shop owner, but he was also not bother to what happened as he was supporting to his employee. Anyway I won't be ordering ahead due to no value to customer very disappointed with them. I went there had a polite talk but no positive response and just because of irresponsible delivery boy mistake I need to pay my order bill even owner was not bother to cross check with his delivery boy. Very disappointed with there service even order frequently for my Children.
