Suruchi Bhog Family Restaurant

The food was really good, the taste was yummy. The quantity was perfect for the price. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. We're happy with the food and flavors at the hotel.

The Food was awful, I ordered a Mutton Handi and 6 Kulcha and it was the worst experience I ever had, The staff were even more rude, they didn't care about their Job, Even if there wasn't any Hotel open in the locality and Suruchi Bhog would be the one open only I will never ever dare to go to this restaurant I would rather prefer to stay Hungry rather than wasting money on this restaurant

During my recent visit to this place i found that, Suruchi Bhog is one of the best restaurant located near airoli railway station. They stand high in terms of food quality, cleanliness and service. I did not find a single thing to complaint about this restaurant. They provide gastronomical experience in terms of Non-vegetarian food (especially Chinese and tandoor items) and even rates are reasonable too. I am looking forward visit again.

Terrible Experience - Bad Food & Arrogant Staff I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The food was absolutely disappointing--bland, cold, and clearly not fresh. Even the basics were poorly made, and it felt like zero effort was put into quality or taste. To make things worse, the staff was incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. When we politely complained about the food, instead of helping us, they acted like we were bothering them. No apologies, no solutions--just attitude. This is not how guests should be treated. Definitely not worth the money or the time. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good service and decent food.

Ordered a Thali and a couple of other items, the food was almost uncooked, much of it seemed stale (like unacceptable stale). Super bad food. The service was pathetic, there were more than a few times I asked the waiter to take the order, apparently the IPL match was much important. Brought a wrong order once. (Had to wait for a ten more minutes). On the top of it, whilst I went at the reception to pay the bill, a waiter went to my table with the rice that was an accompaniment to the Thali. :) The only good thing was the ambience, better seating and an AC system which is kinda uncommon in Mumbai for restaurants this size.

I just wonder how it has been rated so much. We went there just referring the rating. If talking about food, the rice was half cooked, dal was full of green chilies and the sabji what we ordered was mixed up and something else delivered. Service was slow as the staff was not enough. The person who was making the bill was very rude to us and argued that you need to pay the full amount. This is not my problem. Did anyone checked the ambience, the painting sheet on the wall, beneath that there was so much fungus. Regretting going there but we had no choice as there was nothing around there and had some work to finish.

The worst restaurant ever one can go. The first thing you'll notice is congested place, phenol smell all over, and the waiters and the front desk lady are over smart with thier work. Food quality is not that worth. The waiters feel like they own the restaurant and the way they treat customers is not what one visit such hotel. I would recommended people not to visit amd spoil your mood out.

Its one of my favorite places to have Chinese food specifically... rates are budget friendly food quantity is good an quality is also good
