Very Disappointing Experience Visited The Belgian Waffle (Airoli) with my 4-year-old daughter who was really excited for a waffle treat. Sadly, the staff were more focused on closing the shop than attending to customers--even though we arrived before closing time. They were dismissive, rushed us, and made us feel unwelcome. It was heartbreaking to see my daughter's excitement turn into disappointment. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. Definitely not what we expected, and we won't be returning.

We ordered two waffles, but they were not served together. There was a significant delay, and by the time my partner received hers, I had already finished mine. On top of that, the quality of my waffle was disappointing--it was cold and separated. We even asked the staff if it was a leftover, but they blamed the AC. However, this isn't our first time having waffles--we know how they're supposed to look and taste. My partner's waffle, which came much later, was fresh and hot, clearly highlighting the inconsistency in both service and quality. Had a great experience here and I would suggest it to others too. Loved their waffles, their service is good, their ambience is good. It's a good place for youngsters adults as well as families. Just like all Belgian waffle shop I loved this one too. I did noticed that they do follow a good cleaning procedure I mean like they clean the waffle machine after specific intervals rather than just keep on using it and cleaning it at the end of the day. This shop has a thumbs up from my side

A very bad experience. Waffle was not crispy. we had added extra chocolate, which was not there. Also we had paid for nuts to be added. There was no nut. It seems like they had given someone else order, which was already prepared long back.
