On conjusted two seater dining table which I Don't like... We ordered malvani chicken, hot n sour soup, naan, jeera rice tastes. Good..n affordable But. Service not surely good .. Thank you Not visiting here anymore
I recently visited Hotel Village. The food and ambiance were good, but I was disappointed with the behavior of the staff, particularly the waiter. When we arrived as a party of two, we were strictly directed to sit at a table with only two seats, even though there were vacant tables with four seats available. Despite our request to sit at a more comfortable four-seater table (which was not reserved), the waiter refused. This experience left a negative impression. I hope the management addresses such behavior to improve the customer experience.
From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set a warm and inviting tone--tastefully decorated, with just the right balance of lighting to create a relaxed atmosphere. The food was a standout, bursting with flavor and, clearly made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. Just as impressive was the service: attentive without being overbearing, with staff who were genuinely welcoming and eager to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful visit that left a lasting impression.
The lighting was slight dim which makes overall atmosphere slightly dull. Management should work on the ambiance. The food quality and service was quite good though. Pomfret fish fingers was very tasty. Chicken kebab & Prawns biryani was yum as well. The staff is very polite & courteous. It was a pleasant experience.
The cuisine is good overall. We traveled from Pondicherry with our family, and we ordered vegetarian meals for everyone. The server, Deepak Singh, was really kind and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed the food.Thank you and best of luck to thevillagerestaurant, a must-visit location
The starters were damn good, just finger licking but the curries' chicken were bit lacking and the service was great.
The food was amazing. Had a homely taste, less oil & more on taste. The service was a bit lethargic. Servers seem to be less interested in delivering on time. Rest the experience was good & much better.
