Guru Nanak Lodge

When we tried to book through yatra.com it shows no rooms available but when we visited at 11.00 on 13/11/2024 we found plenty of rooms empty. It was told it just shows like this and you can't book online. The online rate was 900 but the manager asked for 1300. Since we require room only for 9 hrs as we have to catch train at 20.30, he agreed for Rs 1000 but asked to tell only 800 as booking and give him Rs 200 on without record otherwise he will not give room. He has taken 1000 but not given receipt of even 800 and also not entered saying enter later on. He has insisted for Aadhar only and taken Aadhar inspite of valid ID. He was also refusing due to surname mismatch of couple. It seems they are giving rooms to couple on hourly basis without entry and making money and may be doing Aadhar related fraud. I don't know why the owner keep such type of people as manager. The manager mostly not available and number written is not reachable. The rooms were dirty specially bathroom. The comod is full of stains and lost its colour having no toilet sheet. Taps were wornout and floor was dirty. The windows do not close and no net so big mosquitoes biting constantly. The foul oder of sewage is unbearable. No room service. No soap, water or towels. No glass in room. Totally unsuitable for stay and waste of money. Never go for this. It's unsafe. Pls don't go there.

Worst nightmare to be in this hotel, don't stay here staff is rudd, room service is worst, even they don't provide bedsheets, room quality is worst.

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. They have a nexus with auto / taxi wallas to bring customers at odd hours. Even basic amenities are not available. No power back up. Un-Empathetic staff. Never ever get trapped here.

Ok for night stay. This hotel is located 1.5km from the Vaijnath Jyotirling Mandir. The Quality of rooms is only good. It odors like something is there. They don't have any restaurant. If wanna even a tea coffee u have to go outside. Please find some other good quality hotel if u have option.

Rooms are good but would be better if they maintain it well... Looked like they didn't even clean up after the previous occupants

Perli is a beautiful place but this ludge have so many problem of electricity & water supply.
