Good quality food is also very tasty

We ordered masala papad and paneer chilly. First they offered a plate and spoons. One of the spoon was full of flies stuck at the back. I asked for manager to a waiter. He told me that he is in the kitchen and will meet you shortly. I waited but no one came. The water which was served also had fly in it. As this is situated near river. They should consider to close it with glass and also train your staff for God's sake.

I would have liked to prefer 0 star if I would have the option. We ordered Missal Pav , pav bhaji and pulao and apparently all the dishes were terrible. Misal pav full of oil and spicy . Pulao was better as it doesn't had any taste with chilled raita from fridge . Pav bhaji was good . Their staff has no coordination . There were many people inside so we falled into the trap but pls save your money and taste

I had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Shivsagar in Pen on March 16, 2025, where I ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala and Veg Kofta. Both dishes were exceptionally flavorful, with rich, well-balanced spices that delighted my taste buds. The paneer was tender and the kofta perfectly cooked, making for a memorable meal. I highly recommend Hotel Shivsagar for anyone seeking delicious vegetarian cuisine in Pen.

misal pav is great with chass. pav was not fresh and they replaced it. food is good !
