The worst food I've ever had! There was no salt in the food, and everything I ordered was a waste. We couldn't even eat it.
I recently visited this establishment and had a mixed experience. The food and atmosphere were both enjoyable. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable spider webs throughout. The service was a major letdown, primarily due to the senior manager, Mr. Alam. He was extremely rude and inattentive, failing to ensure our order was correct and complete. He then disappeared, leaving us to fend for ourselves. On the other hand, our server, Bhima, was exceptional! He was welcoming, attentive, and maintained a warm smile throughout our meal. He truly deserves a 5-star rating. *Rating Breakdown:* - Food: 4/5 - Atmosphere: 4/5 - Cleanliness: 2/5 - Service (Mr. Alam): 1/5 - Service (Bhima): 5/5 I hope the management takes steps to improve the cleanliness and service, particularly Mr. Alam's attitude.
