Hotel Kasturi

I had an unpleasant experience with the dinner service at [Hotel Kasturi]. The food quality was very poor -- not only was the dinner smelly and tasteless, but it was also clear that the same vegetables served in the afternoon were reused at night. This raises serious concerns about food freshness and hygiene. Serving stale food is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where guest health and satisfaction should be a priority. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve food quality and maintain proper standards. Definitely not a place I would recommend for dining.

It is situated in Nigdi, on the way to Moshi or spine road. It is on highway and easy to find. Free Parking is available as there was no crowd at the time when I visited. No wheelchair accessible entrance or parking. Place is well maintained and looks pleasant to the eyes. It is famous for non vegetarian but vegetarian options are also available and tasty ... Rates are reasonable. Will visit again. The place is not kid friendly as there was someone smoking and hotel staff are not stopping them. Payment can be done by cash or UPI, but card payment is not available.

Very bad experience with food and staff yesterday we ordered rice and they put lots of oils in shezan rice I told to main captain but he didn't feel bad bad also ignore aur compliance owner should take care of customer health.also need take their feedback regarding food.this our last visit next time I never visite this restaurant.
