Staff specialy on counter is very roude. And arrogant. They foolish the customer By making foolish order given in the menu card. If any one want photo or video can ping me Visiting again but no any improvement Less less than 3rd class If we put any suggestions counter management replied if you have problem then don't visit again'. We have many customers

Worst hotel in dudulgaon. Waiters don't have basic manners. Don't know how to serve noodles. Food is just oily and bad. One of the worst hotels I have visited in my life.

Not sure if they have the knowledge for basic complaint with Drinks .. if you ask for some tomato and salad they ask extra charges ... I would suggest instead of giving chana and bobby not so good because salad and tomato it's basic thing 90 % bar provide .. .. so ultimate my suggestion.. go if you don't have any other option
