The Paneer Matka Kebab starter here is absolutely delicious and worth trying! It's a good restaurant overall when it comes to taste and service. The butter naan we had was a bit rubbery, but apart from that, everything else was great. A satisfying experience!

Recently I had parceled Chicken Biryani, kebab roti & chicken kolhapuri. Biryani is just super delicious so much so that we've ordered twice in a week. All the food was nicely packed & really tasty. Quantity is also good. Planning to visit & dine in soon.

In main course we took Veg Gassi and Chicken Chettinad with Appam. In mocktails we had Virgin Mojito. Good place with no noise. Can have dinner peacefully. The food was good my favourite was virgin colada from mocktails it's a must try. Other than that matka chicken was bomb it was cheesy flavour of spices just too good.

If you want to experience the huge feeling of disappointment when you are actually very hungry and wanted to eat something nice, then this was it!. I had ordered the sizzlers looking at the rating of the hotel.. but it was an utter disappointment n frustration. Packaging : The entire sizzler was packed in 2 containers n one aluminium foil.. I was shocked when I saw it, as usually when I order sizzlers from other restaurants. They have different containers for rice n noodles n gravy n again different veggies are packed in different aluminium foils. Here, they have put both the rice n noodles in one container and topped it with cherries n fruity and had pit gravy in another container n only french fries in aluminium foil. Food : In the veg sizzler, there were only 3 veggies - lots n lots of potatoes, a few french beans finely chopped n even fewer diced carrots... in gravy they had put one big tomato n one big capsicum, both cut in half and a big chunk of veg patty which is again made of potatoes+frenchbeans+carrot.How should a person even eat it.. Seems the restaurant didn't have any other vegetables available. the gravy was too sour n had a peculiar stringent smell..maybe they added a lot of vinegar to the gravy and also the gravy was very very thick. It tasted pathetic. In the rice they had added cherries n fruity, like who adds cherries n fruity to a sizzler??. The noodles were overcooked n tasted yuk! In all that entire sizzler I could only eat the french fries.. rest had to throw it off.. coz not worth eating. I had to eat a vada-pav to get that taste out of my mouth. My overall experience was ruined.. thanks.. definitely wouldn't ever dare to visit the restaurant.

It's a good restaurant with nice ambiance. There was a decent enough crowd and still the service was quick. Food is just awesome and we loved the Paneer Banjara starter. Staff is courteous and are always willing to serve. Car parking is limited here, however road side parking options are available.

Vedas Family Restaurant in Akurdi, Pune is an overall good dining establishment with some notable strengths and weaknesses. The starters are generally good, but the masala papad was saggy. Had came in for a casual dinner..and boy it turned out to be a nightmare.. Worst dinner experience i have ever had. Yes the worst!..Pathetic food.. We ordered Prawns Malvani..what we got was a watery, Salty soup, as shown in the attached actual photo. When we asked the manager to look into it..he's like..we make it like this...and that said it all. The Joke was, the waiter asking us whether to pack the food as parcel. We left the food on the table and the restaurant for good. Waste of time and money.
