This place is a little HEAVEN Oh the ambiance! Total Bali vibes in Pune! Loved the food, atmosphere and the menu here. Also, service and staff is good! Tried the peri peri nachos, chicken bao, Suran beetroot tikki and chocolate ganache cake there and everything was AMAZING Can visit again and again Weekend rush is there but worth it

1. Vibe and Ambiance: The vibe and ambiance of the place is chill and for having a good conversation with friends and family. They had a live performance on Sunday when we went. The volume of the music was at a pleasant level. 2. Seating Arrangement: There were so many options and arrangements for seats. There were cabanas for large groups, open area seats and also a dedicated area for people preferring to have AC. 3. Food: We ordered 5 veg and 1 non veg appetizer. Paneer bhurji baos were quite filling. You can also try the thecha chilli paneer dish. The kundru beet tikki and spinach cheese cigars were ok but could have been better with good sauce or dip pairing. Unfortunately the Karari Roti was out of stock. For dessert, we ordered Chocolate Apple crumble. Lookwise it was appetizing, but it was too sweet. Could not even finish half of the dessert. 4. Drinks: The green Goblin mocktail was okay. I was expecting a more refreshing and tangy aftertaste but it lacked the freshness. Their in house crafted beers are good. Recommended: Belgian beer. 5. Service: They had a good workflow from valet to seat allocation to food service. The staff were proactive most of the time. The only issue was at the time of billing. We had to wait for almost 25-30 min to get the final bill. 6. Service Taxes: I had to reserve a special section for this. Aloraa mentions at many spots throughout the bar that they "levy a 10% service charge" but it is not something that is mandatory and can be skipped. But when we wanted to remove the service charge, 3 different people tried to convince us in different ways to give the charge. We were adamant and got the service charge removed. There is NO COMPULSION on paying service charge and the decision to pay or not totally depends on the end customer.

I really liked the atmosphere and the service here. The food is good, but there's room for improvement. Try veg. Khastani Tikki. They also have live music in the evening, which adds to the vibe. It's a great spot for office gatherings or hanging out with family.

We visited Alorra today for a birthday party with a family and friends and 2 kids. The service was outstanding-the staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. The ambiance was perfect for families and kids, creating a great overall experience. A special mention to Mr. Vicky for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

Full on marks for ambience. I felt very nice and refreshed after entering the restaurant. The waiter's smile will make your day. Service was very quick. We went for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Nice live performance of Hindi songs was going on. The food was good and tasty. Parking is available The washrooms were clean. Great experience.

It's a very beautiful place for parties or family dinners or lunches. The ambience is extra cozy and calming. I loved the live artists there and music choices. Food is really good, taste is classic Pricing is normal to average for 6 to 7 people Interior work, hygiene and cleanliness is nice. The staff is really good and polite!

The ambience was amazing with good lighting and live music. We celebrated the 85th year of our grandmother. The service staff is so humble and always available for the service.
