A Disrespectful Experience That Overshadowed the Food -- Please Read Before Visiting My recent visit to this restaurant was upsetting enough that I feel others deserve to know. The food itself was decent -- no complaints there. However, everything else about the experience left me feeling **disrespected, hurt, and humiliated**. We were the last customers for lunch, and it felt like the staff just wanted to close up and push us out. The **air conditioning was turned off while we were still eating**, which made the environment uncomfortable. To make things worse, the **food wasn't served in proper dishes** -- it was simply placed directly on the table without even the basic courtesy you'd expect at a dine-in restaurant. Despite all this, I **paid the full bill without argument**, but I chose **not to pay the optional service charge** -- which, given the lack of service, felt entirely reasonable. What truly shocked and hurt me was what happened next: **a staff member mocked me for not leaving a service charge**. I was made fun of, in front of other staff members, for a perfectly valid decision. That moment turned an already disappointing experience into something genuinely **humiliating and painful**. I left the restaurant feeling terrible -- not because of the food, but because of how I was treated as a customer. **To the management:** I hope you understand how damaging this kind of behavior is to your reputation. People don't just come for food -- they come for hospitality. And when that is missing, no amount of good food can make up for it. I want you to take serious action against them or else this could go even worse if I took it in my hands. Requesting a callback from the management team. **To future customers:** I strongly urge you to **think twice before visiting**. If you value basic respect, comfort, and proper service, this may not be the place for you.

While searching for a place to watch the India-New Zealand match, we stumbled upon Chaurahe Ke PaaR, and it definitely didn't disappoint! We chose the terrace section for the screening, and we really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. For starters, we ordered a few vegetarian options. The Lotus Stem Chips with peri-peri seasoning were decent, but the Paneer Kurchan Arancini and Poached Pear & Bocconcini Salad were outstanding. We loved every bite and highly recommend them. For non-veg starters, we tried the Chicken and Lemon Garlic Wings, which were delicious, and the Murgh Rogani Kebabs, which, despite the fancy name, were pretty basic. To accompany the starters, we ordered mocktails--Virgin Pina Colada and Yuzu Refresher--and both were quite good. However, we would skip the Spiced Apple Ale, as it was too spicy. We also sampled a few draught beers--Vanilla Porter, Basil Peppercorn Wit, and Himalayan Apple--and they were all great. For the mains, we opted for a Shawarma Chicken Bowl, which turned out to be our least favorite dish. It was quite bland with little flavor. We also tried the Mushroom Stroganoff with Herbed Rice, which was nicely balanced. Overall, the mains could be skipped, but the starters, salads, and drinks were a real highlight. With its great vibe and music, this place is definitely a perfect spot to chill!

The vibe was relaxed -- not too loud, not too dull -- and the space felt inviting whether you're with friends or just want some solo time. Tried a couple of dishes -- the food leans into comfort with a mix of fusion touches. The starters especially stood out -- fresh, nicely portioned, and flavorful without being overdone. It's the kind of place where you can slowly sip on something, snack, and just take your time. They also had a big screen going for the IPL match, which added some energy to the evening. What I liked was the little library section tucked away in a corner -- makes it feel more personal. And the PS5 gaming setup? Unexpected, but fun if you're in the mood. Overall, it's not trying too hard to be anything -- and that's what works. A solid pick for when you want a chill evening with good food, a bit of cricket, and some interesting corners to explore.

Loved the Place, its so beautifully Made and Well maintained. Food menu is not much in number but whatever they serve is tasty, They have got beautiful ambience and Architecture. It's very beautifully designed cafe to hangout with friends and family. I loved their service too. The best part is they have got good library and books collection of different subjects and genres. Recommended cafe in KP lane no.7

Recently visited Chaurahe ke Paar for Brunch with friends! And must say the place is so aesthetic and Pinteresty...loved the rooftop view and the library section! In total they have 4 section, every corner feels vibrant! The staff is also kind and helpful! We tried Matka biryani, chicken wings, American popcorn, and panner tikka.. Drinks and Desserts were perfect! Definitely a must try place !

Good food, great ambience and really good service. We came here as a party of 4 on a Saturday for lunch and the food was really good. The calm asthetic of the indoors was definitely welcome and gave a chill vibe, and to top it off everything we ordered tasted great. Highly recommend this place for a group

I recently visited Chaurahe ke Paar for dinner, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance was impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a great meal. The staff deserves special mention - they were incredibly cooperative, attentive, and ensured that our service was fast and efficient. Our server was knowledgeable and helped us navigate the menu with ease. Speaking of the menu, we tried a variety of dishes, and most of them exceeded our expectations. The Tandoori Prawns and Chicken Banjara Tikka were absolute standouts - the flavors were rich, and the presentation was impressive. We also enjoyed the Crispy Corn, Nachos, and Cottage Cheese Popcorn, which were all delicious and addictive. However, the Pizza was a bit of a letdown. While it looked promising, the flavors didn't quite come together as expected. Cheesecake in dessert was cherry on top. It was really good. One thing to note is that the music was quite loud at rooftop seating, which made it challenging to have conversations with our group. While some might enjoy the energetic vibe, we found it difficult to chat and connect with each other. On the plus side, the restaurant offers valet parking, which was convenient and hassle-free. Overall, I would definitely recommend Charahe ke Paar for its excellent service, delicious food, and welcoming ambiance. Just be prepared for the loud music, and maybe request a quieter table if you're looking to have meaningful conversations! Will I return? Absolutely!
