Like seriously my go to place . I usually go here to have my lunch or dinner . Literally very affordable for the quality and the ambience.The owner is very friendly and nice . i asked him about why he has kept so affordable prices for such good ambience and taste ,he said we wanted to serve people from other places who are staying in pune . How sweet is that . The taste is amazing , service is amazing and ambience cant be justified ,just look at the pictures. It is little crowded on weekends.I take my people here .

Desi Appetite is a small cozy open cafe in Shivaji Nagar. The owner Namrata Uttekar has short fingers but it's amazing how she manages doing everything effortlessly. She loves DIY and doesn't throw even a bottle cap. The cafe has been made using a passage from home. I loved the way the cafe was all DIY. This Cafe is a pocket friendly liesure everyone will enjoy. The Food is reallyy worth each penny you'll spend and the ambience is worth each second of your presence . So we all had Starters Soya Sheekh Paneer Banjara Babycorn crispy : Highly Recommended Maincourse: Veg Patiyala Butter Garlic Naan Home made Gulab Jamuns to end with. Situated on the peaceful lane behind the Mariott Hotel, This place is a must visit. The cafe so close to S.B. Road yet so far from the rush of it, is a preferred choice for all the corporates and students alike for an awesome pocket friendly feast. As soon as I entered, I could sense the beauty of this amazing place. Most of the things here are DIY items. Cafe has been designed so beautifully along with the vibrant colours and ambience. I along with some of my friends, visited this place a few days ago after a long day at office and this place turned out to be exactly the place I wanted to be at. We started off with some drinks : Ice tea blue lagoon Lemon grass ice tea Mojito Ice tea along with these regular starter drinks was an amazing combination. Starters : Baby corn crispy Soya Seekh kebab Paneer Banjara tikka The baby corn crispy was absolutely delicious, a must try here. Soya Seekh kebab was really good and the salas with the paneer banjara tikka is an perfect sider for the dish. Main course : Veg patiala Butter garlic naan Veg Biryani We ended with the delicious Gulab Jamuns and couldn't have asked for a better dessert after the dinner. This place is a must visit with your family, friends etc. Many of corporates, employees and students visit this place to have a pocket friendly meal. This place has a very cute ambience, I was stunned by admiring the creativity and efforts the owner has presented this place.The cafe has been designed so beautifully along with vibrant colors and ambience.This place is attached to their home. They have made the best use of the extra space beside the bunglow. The service is also good and food presentation is also proper. We started with the beverages Lemonade Cold Coffee They served a glass of lemoande as soon as we reached there. It was so refreshing. They served a thick textured cold coffee with chocolate syrup drizzeld on top. Starters: Paneer Lazeez Paneer Samudri Lehri Chicken Tandoor Barcha Veg Seekh Kebab Chicken Nizaami Chicken Aashiana Chicken Dum Kebab The meat of Chicken Tandoor Barcha was nicely cooked and was tender. The spices was perfectly absorbed by the meat and the dish presentation was innovative and eye catchy. The pieces of Panner Lazeez were so soft and flavourful with some amount of cheese shredded on top.It had a hint of sweetness. It was beautifully garnished with capsicum and tomatoes. Chicken Dum Kebab was served in a pot covered with foil as a lid ,inside it they placed a small bowl with a coal and butter in it to give a smokey flavour to the kebabs. Highly recommend to have this dish. Main Course: Veg Patiala Paneer Paratha Chicken Paratha Surmai Thali Surmai fry Chicken Tandoor Leg Biryani Butter naan Dal Tadka Zeera rice Veg patiala was amazing, I tried it for the first time. It was made by stuffing fried with finely chopped veggies. The gravy was so delicious with right amount of spices. Chicken paratha and paneer paratha were so yummy and soft. Chicken Tandoor Leg Biryani was scrumptious loaded with all spices and a big leg piece which had a awesome taste. Butter naan were also soft and generous amount of butter was spread on it. Desserts: Gulab jamun We ended our meal with the delicious gulab jamun. A perfect end to a meal .The gulab jamun were soft and taste was amazing. This place is located on the back lanes of Pavilion mall SB road . The place has a very awesome ambience. It is started by the couple in the premises of the house. They have decorated the place very nicely. It is good for family and students to enjoy the food. They serve good North Indian as well as Chinese cuisines. The North Indian food is really delicious. They have a good variety of menu of food. We can also customise the food as per our convenience. I ordered 1) Paneer Lazeez 2) Paneer Samudri Lehri 3) Veg Seekh Kebab 4) Cold Coffee 5) Paneer Paratha 6) Veg Patiyala 7) Gulab Jamun The food was awesome and the Gulab Jamun at the last was Lip - Smacking. It was perfect to end a meal with a dessert. Overall it's a great place to visit with friends and family and also have great food. Rating - 5/5

Pros :- - Taste was great. - Price is very affordable.(attached pic was chicken handi and 6 chapati cost around 320/-) Cons:- - Space is less so it may hamper during peek hours.(Weekend lunch/dinner)
