Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Had an amazing dining experience at Foo last night! I visited to try their *Fiery Edit* menu, and it was an absolute flavor explosion. From perfectly crafted dim sums and sushi to an array of eight different spicy sauces, every bite was an adventure. The spicy cocktails complemented the food beautifully, adding just the right kick. And to top it all off, the sweet and spicy guava jelly dessert was the perfect balance to end the meal. What made the experience even more fun was their Spicy Truths game, which added an interactive twist to the evening! It was a great way to keep the energy up while enjoying the food. The ambiance was lively, service was attentive, and the creativity in flavors truly stood out. If you love bold, spicy food and a bit of fun with your meal, this menu is a must-try! Would definitely return for more!
Foo at Kopa Pune, offers an exquisite dining experience with a diverse menu that impresses from start to finish. During my visit, I savored the Sushi avocado Roll, mushrooms Bao,Blue crystal Dimsum, and Charcoal noodles & Chicken fried rice. Each dish was masterfully prepared, with the charcoal noodles standing out for its charcoal flavour. They cocktail & Mocktail was so refreshing made by Kaustubh . The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Fountain of desserts, perfectly presented with different hazelnuts Cheecake, chocolate mousse, coconut ice cream & fruits on the outside and creamy on the inside. Complemented by attentive and knowledgeable staff,Foo provides not only exceptional food but also a delightful ambiance, making it a must-visit for a memorable culinary experience.
Tried the new The Fiery Edit menu at Foo at Kopa mall, and it was an unforgettable experience! There's no better way to embrace the summer heat than with a menu that celebrates the bold, invigorating flavors of chili. I kicked things off with Thirst Trap, a tangy and sour tequila-based cocktail that perfectly balanced the spice to come. For food, we indulged in the Spicy Duck Wontons, which were absolutely delectable, and the Green Chili Prawns, which delivered a mouthwatering kick in the best way possible. The Fiery Stir-Fried Noodles were irresistibly moreish--despite the intense afterburn, I kept going back for more! But that's exactly the thrill of The Fiery Edit! Adding to the fun, they also have a Spicy Game with interactive questions for guests, making for a fantastic bonding experience. All in all, we had an amazing time--definitely a must-try for spice lovers!
Went to Foo for a mid week dinner after movie. We ended up ordering Sichuan chicken in kungpao style and It's Maki Hot sushi. Loved the food and ambience, great music too. Special thanks to sanmesh for suggesting us amazing food. Overall an amazing experience!
I had an amazing experience at FOO! The Tempura Veg Sushi was absolutely delicious, with the perfect crispy texture and fresh veggies. The Blue Butter Japanese Fried Rice was a unique and flavorful twist on a classic, making each bite a real treat. The staff were incredibly patient and polite, taking the time to ask if we had any allergies and ensuring our comfort throughout the meal. It's clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
Foo Kopa is a delightful restaurant for Pan-Asian food lovers. The ambiance is colourful with a cozy yet comfortable seating making it a perfect place for special occasions and for family gatherings. The menu offers variety of dishes, from flavorful sushi, dim sum to stir-fries and delicious rich tantalising curries that go well with variety of rice options. The ingredients sourced are fresh, and the presentation of every dish was a feast for our eyes thereby reflecting attention to every detail. The staff is attentive, kind and courteous ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This is my second visit to Foo. I have visited Foo at the Nesco IT in Goregaon. I had relished their food there as well and the cocktails served were refreshing. It brought back fresh memories of my very first visit to Foo Highly recommend trying their sushi platter, chicken dumplings, Hakka chicken curry, Chicken egg fried rice & chilly chicken . I must say the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious! Foo Kopa is definitely worth a visit if you are a great fan of pan Asian food. The menu is an elaborate mix of flavours . The dishes are not just sumptuous but rich in taste, offering something for every palate. The ambiance as mentioned is cozy and welcoming, perfect for all kind of occasions. It truly has a pleasant vibes and decor is pleasing. We thoroughly enjoyed not just the cocktails but food as well. Portion size was a bit less.. All in all it was a great dining experience after a movie at the PVR cinemas at The Kopa Mall. The manager and staff were kind and attentive especially I would like to give a big shout out to Rahul for a great impeccable service Throughly enjoyed the food especially the Sushi dunked in the soya sauce and with a hint of wasabi which trickled our palate with its strong overpowering flavour When "dunking" sushi in soy sauce, the proper technique is to only dip the part of the sushi into the soy sauce, avoiding the rice to prevent it from becoming too soggy and overly salty; essentially, one should only be lightly "dunking" the sushi to add a subtle savory flavor without overpowering other ingredients Don't forget to try the Japanese condiment "wasabi" with your sushi . So wasabi actually is a spicy pungent paste or condiment made from the root of wasabi Japanica plant. Wasabi is mostly used in Japanese dishes. Make sure to take just a little bit of it due to its pungent flavours which hits at the back of your throat so a bit is more than enough to go with your sushi. So that was some info I wanted to share about wasabi. The coconut candy and ginger candy served post meal was a great aid to help in the digestion. Overall a nice experience it was at Foo Kopa.
Had visited to experience their Fiery Edit menu. Absolutely loved the concept and the menu had great and interesting options to choose from. This food festival had a menu featuring variety of chillis in Asian inspired dishes. I loved the sushi and dimsums. Right from the presentation to the taste to service , everything was good. Ajihar had been a wonderful host and made sure we had a good time. The hospitality here is excellent. From the regular menu also there are delicious options to choose from. Had a great time and looking forward to visiting again.
A star less for the quantity, considering they are not the first Pan Asian restaurant in Pune. Just a honest review, not all may agree which is fine. The price range is on the higher side for the quantity. Rs. 390/- for 3 dumplings is a lot. Sweet & Spicy Chicken had a different kick with added pineapple which tasted refreshing. Foo Chicken Sticky rice in Lotus leaf was bland unless you add some sauces. Prawn Cheung Fun was something different. Mango Kombucha has highly priced at 350/- I am not even comparing the original price of the drink, taste wise refreshing. Overall the service was excellent and ambience looked beautiful.
