Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Amazing atmosphere, and very good food. We had visited the place in the Summer. The hotel has arranged for water sprinklers which gives it a very pleasant feel with showers of water making the air very pleasant and cool in the hot summer. The food is also very good. Peri peri Dosa is must try.
I don't understand the unnecessary hype the city has created around this place. I visited this place on a Saturday evening. We had to wait for good 20 mins to get our table, which I'm okay with. We ordered a Tandoori Mushroom starter which was okay. Then we went for their overhyped "Shevga fry" which I don't know why it is placed in the starters section as you get some drumsticks fried and dipped in a typical Maharashtrian style Masala (Waa-tan as we call it), which tasted moderately good but was too dry and IMO, it shouldn't be placed in the Starters section. They could add some more gravy to it and rather put it in the Main course to be accompanied with Chapati/Bhakari. Everything was still okay till this point too. Things went wrong when we ordered their "Corn Pilaf". This was just barely cooked rice literally fried in oil with no masala, salt or any taste added to it. Even fried rice doesn't contain this amount of oil. I asked to the waiter to bring some tissues so that I could've placed a tissue on the rice to let it soak the excess oil but as we kept on adding the tissues, every tissue paper kept on soaking the oil. I was very disappointed by this and hence decided to call the captain to ask about it. To my surprise, without any apology for the amount of oil used, he said, "Pulao mein to oil hoga hi". I asked him to call the manager from whom too, I got the same answer. There wasn't any kind of apology or even slightest expression of customer service on his face too. He said I can cancel it and replace with plain rice. I don't recommend this place if you're already used to an average food quality or to people who really want to take care of their health.
I celebrated my birthday there recently. While the food was quite good, I was really disappointed with the service. We had to wait a long time for our food after placing the order, which was frustrating -- especially during a special occasion. I wouldn't recommend arranging parties or any functions here due to the poor service experience.
The ambience of the place is peaceful and calm. They have a big open area for event. They had good searing options for groups and family. We ordered veg sandwich and veg Grilled sandwich. The taste is very good. These place is accessible for physically challenged people.(2nd floor not accessible) Dedicated Parking for two wheelers and four wheelers (Valet parking available here). neat and clean washroom is available. Tip: please contact them and book your slot before going there else you will have to wait more than usal
Good taste, variety of cuisines. I recently dined at Green Signal on Apte Road, Deccan, and had a great experience. The ambience is cozy, with a well-lit outdoor seating area and a relaxing vibe. 1. I tried the Mexican Sizzler and Veg Momos, both of which were tasty. The sizzler was well-prepared, with a good balance of flavors, crispy fries, and fresh veggies. 2. The momos were soft, well-stuffed, and paired nicely with the dips. 3. One plus point is that valet parking is available, which is convenient given the busy location. 4. Overall, a nice place for a peaceful dining experience with good food! Would definitely recommend it for sizzler and momo lovers.
The welcome drink is to be avoided it's not served cold that itself was a turn down tastes more like cough syrup . The order turnaround time is very very high we had spent nearly an hour and half for a simple lunch no fancy items were ordered . The place and ambience is good but the sit out is to be avoided as there is lot of work and heavy traffic on the road which causes the dust to build up recommendation not to sit close to the wall as it too close to the road . Overall an average place need to work on the order turnaround time nearly 2 hrs were wasted for a lunch .
Despite being a Saturday night with a long wait for the table, Green Signal stands out for it exceptional customer service and atmosphere. Despite so many tables, a good deal of attention has been paid to maintain enough distance so people can have their conversations in private. The quality of the food is above par though the Virgin Mojitos could have a sharper taste as well as the Exotica pizza which was a little too bland for my taste nothing that a dash of some tangy sauce cannot solve. The peri peri paneer Tikka was the star of the show & I exhort everyone to try it. What stands out is the customer service. In no other restaurant does the staff inspite of the crowd bothers to serve you for a second or third helping. A special shout out goes to Ms Simran who was extremely attentive & ensured that we had a fantabulous experience. Green Signal has now become my favorite
