Below average property. The staff will say yes to everything you tell them but will do nothing.

Plenty to tell 1. Ac present, but doesn't work 2. Tv present, but no recharge. They say they have just installed the set top boxes 3. No dental kits available. 4. Food is very average compared to the given cost. 5. Pathetic receptionist. Doesn't even respond to what we ask. 6. No soaps, towels unless we ask for it Too bad!

Good ambience. Clean and Hygienic. Has different sections for family, casual and group dining. Food taste was really good. Courteous Staff, no need for reservations on weekdays but better to call and reserve for weekend. Average pricing with alcohol included and overall a pocket friendly good experience.

Beaware about bill & containt of billing On hoarding they mentioned 15% discount on food and when order for parcel they didn't give discount and biggest thing Rs 76 charging for takeaway parcel on food bill 290/- Very worst experiences of behavior & reply from hospitality staff. When hangout was started they gave best service and customer satisfaction along with excellent behavior from overall staff. But now they become arrogant, don't give proper response and services also food quality going down grade.

The best family restaurant in the visinity, great ambiance. Delicious, mouth watering food also reasonable cost not too much for the pocket. Good staff. Just a suggestion, might you're doing it but still play some old, retro, classic Marathi or Hindi songs in background in low but audible volume which will add more charm.

Worst staff ever. Owner started threatening over a charge which was disputed. They charged 30 rs for bisleri and 1.5 cst gst on water. Even we refused to pay 1.5 gst they said let's give discount and owner started abusing coming towards us to hit us

Really very delicious food and quality with quantity can explain the experience i had gone 6-8 times in a hangout you must try especially for chicken lovers try kababs over there. The staff is very calm and nice and clean best place for family

Ambience is fine but have huge expectations and hope will improve a lot in next couple of years... As name suggests it's nice location for hangout..party fun..food is also awesome..will adjust if you book in well advance and give them chance to decorate for you...
