Hotel RASOIGHAR - Misleading Menu & Poor Service & I visited Hotel Rasoighar on May 12 and ordered a Thali, expecting a complete meal as described in the menu. However, my experience was disappointing due to misleading information and poor service. Food & Miscommunication Issues The taste of the Thali was very poor and lacked authentic flavors. The taste of the Thali was below expectations, and the quantity was extremely less, even compared to a 60 rice plate. The menu stated that Aam Ras was included, but I was informed after ordering that it was only available before 7 PM--this was not mentioned earlier. Instead of clarifying at the time of order, the staff informed me after the Thali had been served, which was frustrating. Service & Staff Behavior The staff was uncooperative and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the mistake. No attempt was made to rectify the issue or offer an alternative solution. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place based on miscommunication, poor service, and unsatisfactory food quality.

Hotel RasoiGhar is hands down the best pure veg restaurant in Shivane! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is exceptional. It's also very budget-friendly, offering great value for money. If you're looking for tasty, quality meals without breaking the bank, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I recently dined at Hotel kalajanga and tried chicken thali and pamphlet fish fry. The teste was delicious and left me satisfied. The pricing was reasonable.

Went for dinner on Friday evening - taste wise it is okay - but the food was not piping hot (A lukewarm pandhara rassa is not much fun)... Service needs to improve a bit - Frankly did not enjoy it as much as we should have done...

Must visit to have a thali ... And the service was too good ..I love the food.. Crab Thali you will have for 349/- Rs.

Food tastes good but is served warm. A lukewarm white rassa drops all the fun. Service is extremely slow. They don't even look at the person despite calling them multiple times.

Food was delicious everyone should visit once

It was really disaster experience, to try any random hotels. I am really disappointed, I ordered chicken thali. However, I received cockroach thali. Very dangerous, unhealthy and unhygienic food I ever had. Food inspection team should check the quality of the food, the hotel is serving. I have paid Rs.409 including delivery charges, it was absolute waist. You can see the photo I attached, the moment I saw this, I put all the food in bin. Feeding food to hunger is sacred karma, on the other hand behind food serving something else is sin. People are coming to this hotel with trust and faith, but you think the owner of hotel what you are serving them on their plate. What ever you will give, you will get multiplied by Tomorrow. I wanted to give 0 rating, this hotel is not worth of 1 star also.
