Kwality Restaurant used to be a great place to dine, but unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill. Service: The service is disappointingly slow, even during peak hours. There are very few staff members managing the crowd, which results in long waiting times. To make things worse, they often forget orders, making the experience frustrating. Accuracy: Attention to detail seems to be lacking--on one occasion, a cocktail was served instead of a mocktail, which is a serious oversight. Such mistakes should not happen, especially in a well-established restaurant. Food Quality: The food isn't as amazing as it used to be. While it's still decent, it lacks the same flavor and freshness that once made it a standout dining spot. Overall, kwality Restaurant needs to work on improving service efficiency, staff availability, and food quality to regain its former reputation. Until then, it might not be the best choice for a seamless dining experience.

I recently visited this restaurant with friends and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was pleasant, but the tables were a bit too close together, making it feel a bit cramped. The Methi Chicken we ordered was unfortunately quite bland, but the Chicken Patiyala was a highlight - spicy and flavorful! The Mutton Gilafi Kabab was a letdown, with overpowering spices that masked the taste of the mutton. The Naan bread was also a bit disappointing, being too thin and not as soft as I would have liked. Despite some missteps, we had a good time and appreciated the extensive menu options. Service was good, but our server was distracted by his phone for much of the meal. Overall, a decent experience, and I'd consider returning to try different dishes.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kwality Hotel. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, showing no interest in attending to customers or their needs. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. It felt like they didn't care about providing good service at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Great experience. Not unusually costly. Staff was very competent, helpful and served very well. Manohar, possibly the captain was handling the service expertly. Well lit interiors not congested. Worth enjoying an evening out.

This was my much awaited visit to this place. The food and service both were awesome. The soup to begin with, it had a perfect blend of sourness and spice. Too yummy! The paneer was fresh in Banjara tikka, spice level was up to the perfection and It was filling. The Chicken kasturi kebab was also cooked well with marinated spices and delicious. Chicken Tripple Rice was just good. I 've tried more tasty tripple rice at other places. - Good service. - Nice ambience. - Vallet parking offered. Verdict: A must visit place.

Kwality resto bar is located near Karishma Society. It serves all day food until late night. They have valet parking. The restaurant is divided in 2 sections. The upper section is occupied by smokers. The food menu consist of indo Chinese, north Indian and continental cuisines. Veg and non veg including seafood options. The bar menu is vast and reasonable rates with quarter system. The service is very quick and attentive. We have tasted below food And found it very tasty. 1. Chicken tandoori 2. Butter chicken 3. Dum kebab 4. Chilli chicken 5. Prawns masala 6. Chicken crispy 7. Chicken Biryani Its must visit place where you want great food with affordable booze. Good space to sit. Typical family place but still you can go there for office dinners and parties. It's a little high priced but yeah kwality servers good quality food indeed. Waiters need to be little aware of things and how to serve one dish to 4-6 people equally.
