About Our Restaurant
Blue Diamond's signature Indian restaurant introduced city gourmands to home-style regional cuisine long before it became trendy. Mystic Masala is one of the best Maharashtrian food restaurants in Koregaon Park and Pune. The multi-cuisine menu offers the entire spectrum of authentic North, South and North West Frontier food. The spotlight is on Maharashtra, spanning Nagpur's fiery Varhadi cuisine, Kolhapur's red-hot meat curries and Konkan coast's seafood classics. The popular Peshwai thali, served on a grand copper platter, pays tribute to the princely cuisine of our home city, with the distinctive goda masala (spice mix) blended into local, seasonal ingredients.

Customer Reviews & Testimonials
It is Pune's first five star hotel in the Seventies. We came here in 1984 & then 2002. Last night however, we went for their midnight buffet, but it wasn't available. The main buffet ended at 11 p.m., so they offered a limited menu instead. We ordered a chicken dish, a mutton dish (which turned out to be lamb rather than goat), garlic naan/phulka, and jeera rice. The service was poor, but the food was good. The lamb had a slightly gamey smell (though it wasn't spoiled)
Went for dinner. Decent ambience. We ordered a la-carte. They have north Indian and Maharashtra dishes on their menu. Tried the Maharashtrian dishes, recommended by our server Shailesh. We loved each and every dish he recommended.
Visited this restaurant with my wife on weekend and I had an excellent dining experience. The restaurant is known for its Maharashtraian and North Indian dishes, and it's delicious indeed. For starters i tried chicken sukkha and for main course it was mutton kolhapuri, both of them were very well prepared and i just loved it. I tried soup and dessert as well and none of the items disappointed me there as well. The staff was very warm and friendly and made sure that we had a good dining experience. The ambience was good and soothing . Overall, highly recommended
First things first, this place, being from the Taj group, definitely craves for a more elaborate menu and I am sure they'll work on it. The packaging is exquisite, in cute paper boxes not an ounce of spillage, which is remarkable. It was a Birthday Celebration order that I placed and they asked if we need a Bouquet for which 1000/- was charged. The Bouquet was indeed pretty. The fare was as follows:- Murg Musaallam:- priced at 1600/- this dish is a whole baked chicken with three sides. The chicken is tasty, wouldnt have hurt if it was a tad more soft and moist, The sides, a thick and creamy Salan gravy, a pilaf, and a chicken kofta set. Feast for the eyes as well. Three Biryanis each priced at 750/- , a Lamb biryani and two chicken Biryanis- Lamb biryani was above average, well spiced and Succulent pieces of Lamb. The chicken biryani was boneless as well, perfectly cooked rice, garnished with fried onions, the masalas was a consistent mix among the bed of rice. Salan gravy was indeed nice and thick, along with crispy papodams and raita. A nice joyful evening spent with family. colonelsambrosia.wordpress.com
One of the best North Indian food restaurant! All food items are very good! I especially like Pindi Chloe Kulche, Amritsari Kulche, Missi Roti, Bhune Makai aur Dhaniya Ka Shorba (Charcoal roasted corn soup spiced with Indian herbs, flavoured with Cilantro), Paan Ice cream etc. Staff is courteous! Service is very good!
Good ambiance. I had non veg thali there which was so so. They gave only chicken options in thali. They should add fish options too. However, the dessert were really yummy specially the Maharastrian Puran Poli.. the best Puran Poli I have ever ate in my life... I might visit the place again just to have the Puran Poli..
The service we experienced for a corporate dinner from the entire staff at Mystic Masala was exemplary. Special mention to Sharad who planned our menu, ensured all our special requests were taken care of, and made the entire execution of our event a seamless experience. All the others who served : Sharad, Chetan, Ganesh, Shailesh, Rishi and Yogesh were all extremely professional and took good care of us. Thank you to the team!
We had an excellent lunch at Mystic Masala restaurant at TAJ Blue DIAMOND. Food taste was awesome for Maharashtrian cuisine. Also Chetan has given very good service at the restaurant
