Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Food : It was an average food. They've good varieties in menu. But their copper plates seems unhygienic to me. We've opted the dinner buffet cost us around 1k after 25% discounts from paying dineout app. Prices doesn't match to the quality of the food. In this price you can have many more good options. Service: It was top notch only due to there are hardly any other people to attend. Apart from there is 1-2 other people. Atmosphere: They've Dhaba themed but literally unhygienic. Where the food kept if you look around you'll find what I'm saying. A good reputed hotel should have some standard. Dhaba looks good on highway side. Overall it is not satisfactory.

Terrible Experience -- Don't Be Fooled by the name. This is one of the worst places to visit. Don't be misled by the "Pride Hotels" brand -- the food is extremely average, with hardly any dish worth recommending. It felt like the staff was trying hard to compensate for the pathetic quality of the food, but it wasn't enough to save the evening. Save yourself the disappointment and choose somewhere else.

One of the best and most underrated restaurants in Pune. Buffet dinner they serve is amazing with mouth watering starters, sumptuous main course and selection of sweet dishes. The setting is very much like a typical dhaba in Punjab. Only downside was maneuvering the traffic to reach there.

A Dhaba style food is a never ending love story for us!!! Puran Da Dhaba Restaurant in Pride Hotel serves us an amazing menu of Veg and Non veg dishes in a buffet system where a series of unlimited starters are provided on our table itself! A worth a try for sure, it's taste is literally delectable and unforgettable!

This is a Rooftop covered Dhaba themed restaurant at The Pride Hotel Pune ( 1st floor) There's an open area set up like a village with a well , photo booth & props perfect for clicking pics in the background. An astrologer was there too for those who are interested The stairs then lead to the Dhaba , very tastefully decorated with the punjabi village style Dhaba theme . Ample of seating options A small stage with a Screen & speakers Another projector with a screen for watching a match while Enjoying your dinner You can see the chefs preparing your starters at one corner . There's a Chaat counter too. We tried pani puri & Aaloo tikki Chaat Tried each of the starters brought on table Then there's an unlimited Buffet for main course & desserts. Plenty of options in veg & non veg dishes The only Buffet I've seen so far where Sarso ka saag and makki di roti is available. Tasted authentic and after all how can a Dhaba experience be complete without this combo? There were 3 options in desserts, loved the Gulab Phirni the most They had an ongoing Tandoori festival going on when I visited . They had extra Tandoori starters which were delicious. The Buffet included : Starters: 1. Rajma galouti : galouti kebab made of mashed Rajma , is a unique dish to try, deep fried and crisp on the outside while soft melt in mouth from inside 2. Veg seekh kebab: Tasted great , served with mint & yoghurt chutney 3. Paneer tikka : perfectly marinated big cubes of grilled paneer 4. Chicken tawa tikki: fried tikkis are a great option 5. Chicken tikka : juicy , well marinated chicken tikkas 6. Fish Amritsari: fried , juicy basa pieces 7. Chicken seekh kebab : Delicious chicken seekh Main course : 1. Dhaba style Chicken curry : thick Rick gravy with good amount of chicken pieces 2. Ajwaini Fish curry : Good for fish lovers , goes well with rice or naan 4. Chicken Biryani : was average in taste, can be better 5. Sarso ka saag : Unique to find this in a buffet 6. Matar Paneer : creamy thick gravy , was good 7. Mix Veg : cauliflower, carrots beans etc in a thick gravy 8. Dal fry : was ok 9. Steamed rice 10. Assorted breads : naan , roti , makki di roti Accompaniments : Salads, Kachumbar , Chaat , Dahi etc Cucumber n dahi salad was good Desserts: 1. Mawa barfi : was good 2. Gulab jamun : soft n juicy 3. Gulabi phirni : was very delicious . Overall a good place for Buffet and to hang out with friends n family . Pride hotel Parking available

My Nephew selected this place to have dinner with all family of 8 people, Surprisingly the place was amazing real like Punjabi Dhaba good decor exactly like Dhabas in North side. They have buffet spread but will serve all snacks salads on table. Food quality was not that good but if any one wants change may go occasionally and enjoy the live Music and ambiance. It is in the Heart of Pune City.
