I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ritual and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a stunning ambience that set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was absolutely divine. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service, however, was what truly stood out. Our server, Rahul, was exceptional. He was attentive without being intrusive, had great recommendations, and ensured that our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. His professionalism and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the evening. The ambience was equally impressive, elegant yet cozy, with the perfect lighting. A big thank you to the team, especially Rahul, for making our visit so memorable.

The pictures are misleading. The menu is extremely limited for vegetarians. The pictures show nachos and sushi but that's not on the menu. The management has changed. All of it is a marketing activity. The ambience and options of the menu are not upto the mark. The food however was good.

Thank you so much for having us here to tonight, it was an amazing experience for us. We had a great time together, i must say that the food is marvellous, and the service Mr Rahul gave it to us was really really excellent, he is very kind, polite and happy face person. We will definitely visit again if we will come to pune, and will 100 percent recommend this place.

Amazing place, amazing ambience, really really great food. Genuinely liked the Alfredo chicken pasta(creamy). The service (Mr. Rahul Kaurav) was really nice and sweet and helped us with good recommendation considering we were new to the place. His recommendation paneer peshawari made our night. Must visit again with more family and friends.
