Sadanand Resorts

We have been visiting this Restaurant for more than 10-15 years because of its good service, food, etc. But during my last visit, they took 40 mins to bring starters and another 30 minutes for the main course. Even after so long, the starters were cold. The person taking the order behaved arrogantly. Seems like the number of workers has reduced, Needs improvement

The food is not worth the price they are charging. The only good thing was the tiffin we bought from home. Service is very slow and waiters are rude as well. Paying around 3000 for some bad quality starters is not at all worth it.

Staff doesn't know how to talk to customer. We just asked him to repeat our order and he got irritated saying "3 baar bola sir, kitna baar bolna", When in reality he didn't. When asked for menu, staff says "bohot hai kitna chahiye 2,3,4,5". I mean ek hi chahiye bhai! Why talking like that Food quality is also poor. Don't try Chicken lollypop, chicken garlic butter, baby corn. Infact don't come here at all!!

"Hello, we have been coming to your hotel for many years to eat, and the food and cleanliness are very good. However, we had a strange experience yesterday. During the meal, one of your captains started to teach us unnecessary knowledge. It's okay; our 13-year-old son was with us, and he was told some things considering his age. However, even after that, the captain kept blabbering. We didn't say anything after that out of respect for their age, but a family comes to enjoy their quality time while dining, and we have a modest expectation for a little privacy. Sadanand resort is in a very good location at Baner, Pune. Though it doesn't appear attractive from outside but it is decent from inside. Food quality if not excellent but nice.

One of the worst place to dine in, cold food served, once I visited with a big group and was served a rotten prawn starter, now visited after a long time and displeased to find the poor service and food quality.....never to come back again

Today we went for lunch at sadanand resort Baner ... Food was great service to serve the food was also good but what we didnt like is they were rushing so much with fast pace d server also didn't knew how to serve dal fry we told him pls give us dal in bowls not in the plate directly..... Apart from this we ordered cold coffee they didnt even bothered to finish the cold coffee the manager came and asked r u going to make the payment through scanner or any another means .... We as a customer we atlst have a right to sit in d restaurant n finish off the order .. Dey wer like chalo hogaya na bhago which we didnt like at all we r regular clients of dat resort for dining experience... Kindly pls look into the matter and such kind of behaviour thank you yours faithfully..

Avoid this place! The staff was careless, the food tasted terrible, and we wasted almost 1.5 hours waiting. The washrooms were also in a deplorable condition. Not recommended.
