I went there to have my Anniversary dinner with my wife. This restaurant is one of the best roof top restaurants in Baner and also seen good reviews for ambience, drinks, food and highway views from the outdoor sitting. We started with their signature cocktails in that I ordered LIIT but the waiter brought "Long Beach Iceland Ice Tea" which was so bad, I didn't like it even 1% as compared to LIIT. Starters were really good in taste and quality. We had a couple of drinks and starters only as we were filling already full. I liked their ambience with multiple sitting spaces for families, friends and couples. We chose to sit outdoors with the highway facing and the view was so amazing. The place was so well lit with slow background music. The only thing I don't like is that they charged an extra 7% Service charge on the entire bill. There are only a few restaurants in Pune that charge extra service charges which people really don't like to pay.

I hate to say it but the outside seating was like tables put in a narrow passage. The corner ones overlooking the window felt like you were sitting in a train window seat. The vibe was not good. It was so cramped. Zero privacy and space. All tables and seating were very close to one another. Did not like it at all. There are many other places around to explore. There is definitely NO STORY here.

It was a restaurant of my choice and somehow we did not like it. All of us (10+) found the staff rude, except the one at reception who was checking the names and one waiter. Captain and manager were not even wearing a friendly smile. (And restaurants come under hospitality services.) It seemed that, they have welcoming approach if you come in so called elite outfits. We requested to lower the volume (when almost no customer was there) because we were waving a goodbye to our friend. But the request got rejected without any courtesy note. Overall they value the things and not the customer was our/ my opinion. Food variety can be seen but taste is okay. All these stars are for that smiling welcome by reception and the person who gave us quick service.

Excellent ambience, superb food and caring staff. What more do we need? The place has two stories restaurant and party hall. The DJ is skilled and capable of engaging the people.
