The property itself is quite beautiful and spacious, perfect for a full-day stay within the resort. They organize a range of events and activities throughout the day, which ensures guests are well-engaged without needing to step out. Rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, but the furniture feels quite dated. A major inconvenience was that the washroom doors couldn't be locked due to wood damage -- something that really needs attention. Another area of concern was the check-in/check-out process. We had to spend a lot of time at the reception for basic things like room keys, which could've been handled more efficiently. The staff, while polite, needs to be more proactive and timely in their response. Overall, if you're planning to spend your full day at the property and take part in the scheduled activities, it's a good option. Just be prepared for a few operational hiccups.

WORST EXPERIENCE - NOT RECOMMENDED Our stay at this resort was nothing like what we expected. Right from the start, things went wrong and only got worse: Cleanliness was shocking - One of the rooms had a dead pigeon and fish inside. The smell was unbearable, and even after multiple calls to housekeeping and the front desk, no one responded for over an hour. The room continued to stink despite the delay. High tea was a mess - We had to stand in line for more than 30 minutes, only to find that most of the items were already finished, including basic things like tea and milk. Clearly, the staff was unprepared. Mosquito were everywhere. Changing rooms didn't help - We were moved to other rooms hoping for a better experience, but nothing improved. The problems just kept following us. Staff response was completely unprofessional - The manager and business associate were not helpful at all. In fact, the manager blocked my number, and we had to call from a different number just to speak with him. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. We even requested to check out early and asked for a refund, but that was denied too. This trip was supposed to be a relaxing break with family, but it turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

All events on Saturday and food are good. Rooms and property are spacious.|Room service is poor. No one picks call at restaurant and reception.|Pool water is not clean and even bathroom water is not clean.|All events during summer season kept in open area without fans. This is like punishment. We were de hydrated. Events should be kept in Air condition with water arrangements. There is no cool water arrangements in all dinning events. Even room fridge is not working. Wooden flooring is removing and at few places screw and kills are open can harm foot.

Location is inside a village with no views. Room service is the worse than that of the budget resorts, that offer packages for 1500. The water in the pool was full of chlorine and our eyes burned. The skin was itchy and dry after the dip in the swimming. Overcrowded and the staff is not at all equipped to manage the crowd. The dinning area was highly unclean. They didnot even have sufficient crockery to serve the guests and we had to wait for half n hour for plates. We have booked a duplex room for 8 pax. The housekeeping didn't have the brains of keeping adequate towels. Even after asking multiple times, no one responded. On top of it, they ask..."aapko chahiye kya" The room was not at all cleaned. The celing of the bathroom is leaking. There were hair strands all over the room and bathroom. The drawers had cigarette buds. Bed linens were not changed. There was a strange stinking smell in the flask. The room upstairs was damp and stinking due to seepages. The roof of the room on the second floor is actually not concrete but tiles. The headrest of one of the beds was broken. When we complained, they said that we also know but what can we do.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would Strongly Advise Against Booking Our stay at this resort was deeply underwhelming and far from the relaxing family getaway we had envisioned. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that service and standards here are severely lacking. Cleanliness was appalling. One of the rooms we were allotted had a dead pigeon and fish inside, resulting in a nauseating stench. Despite repeated calls to housekeeping and the front desk, no one showed up for over an hour. Even after intervention, the room remained uninhabitable. High tea was disorganized and poorly managed. We queued for over 30 minutes, only to find that basic items like tea and milk had already run out. The staff seemed completely unprepared to handle even a modest crowd. Room changes offered no relief. Despite being shifted to other rooms, the issues persisted, proving this was a systemic problem rather than an isolated incident. Staff behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. The manager not only failed to assist us but shockingly blocked my number--forcing us to contact him from a different phone just to get a response. Such conduct is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone hospitality. We requested an early checkout and a refund, both of which were flatly denied--adding insult to injury. In summary, this experience was stressful, unpleasant, and a complete misrepresentation of what was promised. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this property unless you're prepared to compromise on basic hygiene, service, and dignity as a guest.

Q: How someone can make you feel bad with a nice property with worst management?||A: Go to Discover Resort... and Discover Lot of Problems!!||||We had 5 rooms for 5 families, and below points are valid for all off them.||||1. Looking at the pics, you won't believe that you would be getting an absolute Worst Service. Do not at all fall prey for the pics.||2. Property is big but the number of bookings they take is much bigger than that, and you will get feeling of visiting a Mela at all places, Swimming Pool, Dining, Play Zone, etc. everywhere.||3. With long weekend, people visited with their families to relax, Greedy Resort Management thought to Print Money by keeping Gautami Patil Lavani Show with all outside people to watch it. Very very cheap and Tharki crowd was in the campus who were looking at each Girl in all bad senses.||4. Though they have Power Backup/Generator, still there was Power Outage for 2 hours.||5. Room Service should be equivalent of 1 Star Hotel; first, their numbers are not attended, secondly somehow you physically go and request but they will not provide you service through out day just mentioning that someone will bring it to you and they never.||6. Toooooo many Mosquitos across the entire campus - be it room, dining, play zone, everywhere. I have never seen any resort with so many mosquitos.||7. Bathroom doesn't have any arrangement at all to Hold/Keep Towel and Soap. Most basic and simple things are also messed up.

The service was good. Staff were courteous and helpful. Food was also good. The rooms were not comfortable. It seems there was no maintenance was done from quite some time. Hygiene was another issue with the resort. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. No lift in the resort so please ask for rooms at ground floor if you are travelling with senior citizens. They provided us on our request.

Very honest and quick review. I had a one night stay on weekend at this resort. 1. On arrival i received key from reception counter very easily but unfortunately there was one person who just shown us the direction to reach building no. B. 2. Now going by myself towards.room was strange where I had to find out my room and to make my experience slightly bitter is by looking at the stairs where used plates of dinner with food was just lying there. Seems day before I visit there was some marriage function but this was really not acceptable in terms of tidiness. 3. I reached my room which was very spacious, bath tub was available and toilet was also neat and clean with all toiletries was available with proper clean towels with water bottle outside above fridge was available, so that made me slightly forgot that initial experience 4. Bed sheet were clean and pillows were also soft and rooms was also clean and ac cooling was also nice . 5. Balcony was very spacious with garden view but since there were too many bamboo trees so hardly there was any view but it's ok , any which was i was there for a night stay. 6. Afternoon lunch buffet i didn't felt like having coz the hall was too much crowded and ac cooling was also less due to so much crowd so i skipped lunch inspite of that i ordered one cheese grill sandwich and Budweiser magnum can and canbarry breezer for my partner. 7. Just ordered three things and my bill was 1050/- and they had charged vat on beer and breezer saying that since we served you so we charge for it. Felt strange but I was not in mood to play kbc with them so I just paid my bill and left the cafeteria. 8. Pool was really big and nice where kids as well as people of all age group can have good time. 9. Live music was going so we enjoyed in pool. 10. High tea snacks was Vada pav and Dhokla which was good, accompanied with green and red garlic peanut chutney also tea , without sugar tea , hot milk and coffee sachets with sugar packets were available kind of DIY service. 11. Live band singer was also nice who entertained whole crowd and made them dance on floor. 12. Prior to live band Zumba session was also great where a zumba instructor and his 6 year Kid Daksh had really made superb zumba session where everyone enjoyed. 13. Enjoyed buffet dinner where I paid 600 per head . Dinner was good where pasta, pav bhaji ,dal rice, biryani, Thai curry, raita, butter tandoor roti, icecream and brownie.... It was too good with such a wide range, also jain food was available inside cafeteria with separate counter and also non veg counter was also there outside. 14. After live band Dj party was there which lasted till 12.00am 15. At 12.00 am live Maggie counter was also open which was complimentary for all the guest. 16. There was one Gola counter also near swimming pool the person name is mr. Puspendra very humble and skilled person he was serving wonderful golas and sarbat, by the way this was chargeable which was available from afternoon to evening. 17. All over property wifi signal was good and for all the wifi connectivity password same which given in room . 18. Next morning breakfast was also good fruits , salad, bread toast, poha, misal pav, idli, chutney, dosa and omlet live counter was there, banana sheera was also there. Overall it was nice stay but am giving 4 star looking at the service and experience I had . Rest others can share their rating as per their experience.
